Location which beach front, next to the water taxi, near taxi stops, choices for breakfast also nice, and staff is very helpful.

Staff, buffet and location

For the price the hotel over exceeded my expectations. Nice clean room if only basic, comfy bed and adequate shower and bathroom facilities.Breakfast was well presented with plenty of options and the hotel staff were welcoming and friendly.

Everything was quite good, breakfast was amazing.

Really loved the location, super convenient and nice. Thanks for the staff who surprised me with a small birthday gift. The food was okay, but nothing particularly special.

Unfortunately, we were given what felt like the worst room in the hotel — it was awful and felt like we were staying underground. There was a wall right in front of the balcony, and we had to go up some stairs just to see anything. The staff asked for an extra charge to change the room. The food was very basic and nothing memorable. Activities definitely need improvement as well. On top of that, the staff refused to let us check out just 30 minutes later than 11 a.m., even after I explained that my wife was unwell and I didn’t want to wake her abruptly.

Lovely view from hotel window and right by the beach. Good buffet for breakfast - which was included in the price and we felt there was a good price for dinner buffet (16 euros) which we had a couple of times. The staff were very helpful. Our beds were leaning a bit but they changed them straight away. The entertainment seemed fine but we never attended it. Enjoyable stay.

No complaints but maybe some tourist information to readily access eg; leaflets in the room or at reception.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The choice of food for dinner wasn't great

Loved it, great hotel for a 3 star. Clean, fresh rooms, comfy beds, fab selection at breakfast, staff very helpful and cheery, great location to walk back and forward to San Antonio. Taxi rank literally across the road. Cheaper and easy to use airport taxi and local taxi rank than Uber to get back and forward to airport 25 min drive. 2nd time staying at this hotel and definitely use again. Highly recommend

Inconsiderate people in rooms next door talking loudly, banging etc after midnight although this is not the hotels fault. Walls very thin.

NOT AT LOT TO BE FAIR. PROBABLY THE SEA VIEW.

THE BREAKFAST COULD BE BETTER. LOUD MUSIC THAT WAS JUST A RADIO STATION PLAYED IN THE DAYTIME, THE MUSIC WAS NOT TO EVERYONES TASTE.NO FRIDGE IN ROOM.DIRTY/SMELLY CUSHIONS ON BED AND SPARE PILLOWS. BUGS IN SHOWER/BATHROOM.THE GYM HAD FAULTY/DAMAGED EQUIPMENT...AND NO DUMBELLS, SO PRETTY USELESS.

Great beachfront hotel, rooms were comfortable and with a good side view to the bay, breakfast was great.

Parking availability was short and we had to use a free public parking that was a bit away in a dusty dark area behind the main street.

Can be a bit noisy early morning sometimes with all the bins being cleared away.

It’s right in the beach and has amazing views.

No where near enough sun beds. We had to sit on chairs in the sun. We bought lilos and ended up lying down on them around the pool.

The hotel is in a good location (front beach). It has a nice pool and a bar always open to grab some snacks or drinks. All hotel staff were very polite and friendly. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The food was very adequate with a decent selection. Entertaiment consisted of daytime pool activities/music, and then live bands/karaoke in the evening. There are some very nice local restaurants if you fancy a night out. All in all, I would definitely go again and recommend others to do so.

Just constructive feedbacks: rooms needs a bit of a refresh. Air conditioning needs to be improved in the restaurant area (clients had to open windows to breath during breakfast and/or dinner).

The rooms were clean and comfortable.The all-inclusive food and drinks were great and the hotel was perfect for our few days stay as a couple.

There were not as many sunbeds around the pool to accommodate everyone. It felt a little overcrowded sometimes

Very poor selection for someone with a dietary need especially as its all inclusive but they can't offer me much at all Coeliac gluten free is what I have
