Hotel Garbi Ibiza & Spa

Great location, especially if you are interested in going to the beach clubs and Hi / Ushuaia. Easy to get taxis to other parts of the island as well.

The breakfast was cafeteria style and just okay. I think it came free otherwise I wouldn?t recommend going.

Located in Playa d'en Bossa within walking distance to clubs; Nice upscale, hip, hotel; Good food; On the beach; Hotel is quiet at night (guests not noisy) and isolates the noise from the area well. Rooms clean and nicely furnished. Close to old town.

While hotel isolates outside noise well, "deep base" noise carries through walls, so can hear people walking above or maids moving items around - don't plan to sleep in; Buffet breakfast ends early (10:30am) for being a vacation/party area (sleeping in).

Amazing location, the buffet breakfast and dinner are quite good (great value), the rooms have everything you need, are clean, the bed is comfortable, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the spa facility is really well done and it’s great that you can use the wet area without having an appointment, the gym is also descent for getting a quick workout in.

The pool gets really crowded and it can be quite difficult to find a bench if you get there in the afternoon. The staff called us several times to “remind” us about check out — we received a call at 11:50am and then again like right at 11:59am, which we found totally unnecessary.

This hotel has to be my favorite hotel in the world and I travel quite a bit. The staff was over the top , location at the beach is superb, pool has the best relaxing vibe , and the food is delicious ! Modern and clean , fun and chill. This is my second time staying here and I will always come back here when I visit again. Thank you !

Love the location, breakfast and their hospitality!

I had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I can honestly say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel right at home. The concierge team was, hands down, the best I’ve ever encountered. Every member of the team was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also extremely efficient and hands-on. They were proactive in offering help and always went above and beyond to make sure every need was met. Their professionalism, kindness, and maturity truly set this hotel apart.The rooms were equally impressive, offering stunning views of both the sea and the pool area – a perfect way to wake up each morning. And the breakfast… it was absolutely to die for! So many fresh, delicious options that made starting the day an absolute treat.Love the water pressure in the shower - a very comfortable one especially in Summer when you need to shower several times - not many hotels offer decent water pressure.The location was also ideal, surrounded by everything you could need, whether you want to explore local attractions or just enjoy some downtime. Overall, I couldn't have been more satisfied with my stay. I highly recommend this hotel – it’s a perfect blend of excellent service, comfort, and prime location.

While parking is available, it’s often full, and finding a spot can be a real hassle.The room size was not quite what I expected for a hotel of this caliber. With three adults sharing a room, the storage and furniture layout were uncomfortable and didn’t offer enough space or convenience. I expected more thoughtful amenities for the price, and while the hotel staff were quick to deliver an iron when requested, something as simple as a kettle in the room would have made a big difference.Another issue I encountered was with the room doors. They slam shut unless you manually close them slowly, which led to a lot of noise throughout the night as guests went in and out. It was quite disruptive and something that could easily be addressed to improve the guest experience.The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired as well. I did find a few hairs that didn’t belong to us, which suggests the cleaning could have been a bit more thorough.Lastly, I had requested to modify my booking from 3 guests to 2, but was told this couldn’t be done, with the staff asking me to contact Booking.com for the issue. I found this a bit strange, as most hotels would be more flexible with such requests.EDIT : FURTHER TO MY CLAIM FOR COMPENSATION ON THE CANCELLATION OF 1 PERSON THIS WAS EVENTUALLY APPROVED AND REFUNDED. Great location. Nice pool area nice rooms.

Hotel staff was terrible. My brother was physically assaulted by the guard at the front door ( mamba or Bamba) he refused to give his name. Management (Fernando) offered free drinks and late check out to compensate.

Convenient location to the clubs and nightlife. Fantastic hospitality from front desk staff. Clean suite. Scent in-suite and within rest of hotel was refreshing.

Food was below average- one of us got gastroenteritis. Pillows uncomfortable.

The room is amazing, the staff is the best in Ibiza. Good shout out to Alexandra who works at the reception.

Modern, clean, spacious, good facilities, and in great location if you want to stay in the area.

Noisy neighbours!

The pool area and pool bar were fantastic. Also being right beside the beach and so close to everything in Playa d'en Bossa. The staff were kind enough to move us to a new room on the first floor as we didn't like being on the ground floor initially.

The shower was a bit difficult to operate and the lifts in the hotel were tiny. Everything else was great though.

The Spa and Pool were excellent. So was the location. Beds could be more comfortable. But overall for the price and location the place was great. Breakfast was ok too. Room for improvement there!

This hotel is deceiving from the front (looks small). What stood out for me was the pool area and the bar to the beach.

Stuff was quite rude expecially two receptions women. Hotel was okey but because of that rude, unfriendly two lady l dont recommend this hotel.

Close to the main big clubs and Ibiza town, right by the beach. Has a nice pool area and parking was a bonus for us. Spa was nice but a bit run down in places.

Noisy corridors, so you are woken up in the mornings by people outside your room. Overall the hotel was a bit grubby, there was dust in the bathroom and hairs in the shower etc. The room could have been cleaned better. Wouldn’t rate the hotel a 4 star. I’ve stayed in better. But it was fine for 2 nights and close to what we needed.
