The staff was super friendly and personable. They were also helping with some additional check-in logistics, as well as allowing us to store our luggage after check-out for a few hours.

Loved this hotel - the location was amazing (walking distance to clubs/bars), the staff were some of the friendliest and most helpful we had during a three week European vacation, and the space was large and super clean. Loved the pool!

We had trouble with the wifi and no water one night (they fixed it quickly though). Neither issue kept us from enjoying our trip.

Had the best time at Ibiza Sun Apartments. All the staff were exceptional, huge shoutout to Sergio & Ricardo who took very good care of us. The room was outstanding and very clean. The balcony was also massive. Would definitely recommend this property if visiting Ibiza - Will be staying here again for a future trip.

It’s clean and the parking garage is safe if you rent a car. The rooms are very spacious.

I liked everything about it.

Excellent location neat Platja d’en bossa and clubs like Ushuaia. Breakfast had a lot of options, fresh fruits, etc. It was clean and room was spacious and gave us everything we needed. Staff was so kind! Ivan at the front desk made us feel so welcome.

The staff are extremely friendly, the vibe is chilled, fresh and freindly. I liked the apartment, it was clean, well designed and it delivered.

Great location , restaurants and bars are close by yet its in a quite safe area. The room was clean and spacious with all the amenities you need. The pool was clean, big and not crowded. But the most important was the staff. They are very pleasant, accommodating and helpful. Shout out to Daniel who helped me in everything specially facilitating in renting a car. And the lady at the reception who took me with her in the taxi when it was hard to find a ride. Thank you very much.

Nearly everything was perfect. Beautiful hotel, pool area and rooms, nice staff, good location, no chavs.

The only thing that didn't make this a 10/10 stay were the heat of the pool and jacuzzi. We came in April so obviously the pool isn't going to be hot. But surely the jacuzzi should be heated? We didn't put more than a hand into the water our entire stay and the pool area was a big reason why we booked.

Great rooms , walking distance to the beach . Fantastic staff! Patricia made everything amazing , gave all the info , all amenities to the beach . The breakfast is also very good .

This is a very new, fresh and modern place. Everything is brand new, rooms are fully equipped with everything you need. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The small gym is great. Location is good, not directly at the beach, but a 5 minute walk will take you there. Lots of restaurants and stuff nearby. Yet very quiet in a backstreet. Everything is thoroughly cleaned daily.

The beds are very soft (as in cosy, not in old). I think many will like it, but if you prefer harder mattresses, it may be a bit soft

There seems to be a bit of banging noise or movement of furniture every day around 10am. It felt like it was coming from above but could be next door room.

It was a great hotel and most of all the staff were so lovely and accommodating which for me is the most important part. Beautiful sun loungers and atmosphere!

The pool was really cold and not heated which was a bit of a bummer, and it was just very expensive, but that's ibiza for you!

Such nice staff (especially Daniel - thank you), clean rooms, excellent breakfast. Comfiest pillows.

The staff is definitely the best aspect of the location. I want to thank to all the receptionists I met, they are all very friendly and helpful and so great to talk to. Special thanks to Ivan, who made our stay so much fun by helping us choose the car rental place and the boat party. He shared all the tips and tricks about the island and he also knows a lot about Ibiza which made us so happy we chose this destination.

Not necessarily something I disliked, but some opaque curtains would help people sleep better during the day.Also during breakfast there were times people waited a little bit for some foods to be ready.

Super clean, exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. Amazing cocktails and food. Everything you need in one place and excellent location for the beach and nightlife, whilst still being in a lovely quiet street.

Hotel staff friendly, helped make sure both rooms were next to each other. Good location, very quiet at night to sleep which was great.

Great location, cleaners came to clean rooms everyday, wasn’t hard to get a sunbed during the day, music was a vibe, bar opened everyday until 8ish.
