The location.

The room was honestly the worst room we could have had in the whole of the hotel. Outside our room door was a nightclub with a gated barrier that went on all night from 12-6am could not sleep at all The first bedroom window lead to the club the flashes lights would come in the room and you could hear everthing, people talking glasses smashed and music. To sit on a sunbed in the hotel you had to pay, staff was rude and very unhelpful made us pay 5 euro to keep our luggage in a storage room. Room check out was 11am Was told by 1 member of staff we can’t shower after 7:30pm to be then told later on it’s 8pm however girls were still using the shower, very un helpful staff didn’t care you was staying there everything was Chargeable. They locked up the pool early which meant to get to the beach you had to walk all the way round, towels given by the cleaners were for children or for ur hair. For the price of this hotel I wouldn’t even bother

Party vibe, lots of people just seeking to have fun

Felt more like a student campus than an accommodation, can be a good thing if that’s what you’re looking for. But bear in mind, service is in line with a student accommodation, you will be talked to like a child. Cleaning services are impeccable though so that’s a good thing!

It was a good location if you want to party.

They had no working elevator so we had to bring our 25kg luggage up 3 flights of stairs at check in and check out. The house keeping staff was rude and would make fun of different guest while they roam through the halls. They attempted to clean the room around mid day the next day and when we asked them to come back later the reply was “ impossible later” and they closed the door. We attempted to get fresh towels but the desk concierge told us he couldn’t help us get any. The WiFi didn’t work the entire weekend we stayed there! Terrible service except in one corner. The first floor was also dark the entire weekend.

Property is extremely close to ushuaïa and hi it is walkable. Also walkable to supermarkets and food which was convenient. ~15 min uber from the airport.

No elevators so we had to lug our suitcases up 3 flights.There was a mildew odor in our room due to recent floods, and a hole in the ceiling of our bathroom that leaked water the whole stay. Wifi was also off and not working due to the recent floods

Close to everything beach front property great for our group as our room had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms they cleaned and stocked our room daily there’s a desk in lobby you can purchase club tickets no discount available tho

No exclusive offers for the beach club in front of the hotel for being a guest At least they charge 24 euros a day to park or if you’re lucky you can find street parking but that is rare no visitors are allowed you get a wristband to ensure you are staying on the property not truly a problem for us but just an fyi there was an elevator but it wasn’t always on they have a vending machine but it doesn’t except card

The location is perfect! Walk distance from everywhere. The size of the apartment room we stayed in was so nice! Big and fitted us great. The price matches the place.

I booked it for 2 guests, and we were 3. I called there before and they said they would charge me 20% of the total amount of my reservation, which was fine. When we were checking in the price they had in the system was different than the price I paid, and a specific lady in the reception was VERY RUDE, wanted to charge us more money, and said if we didn't pay, she would cancel our reservation and make us book last minute a room for 3. I agreed to pay but told them I'd complain to Booking later. A manager heard and saw my receipt and charged us correctly, and she continued yelling os us. I didn't get her name. Be aware of her. Very old place, you have to pay for anything, like pool seats, after 3pm you need to pay for the luggage room keep your stuff. You can’t take towels to the beach. The Jet restaurant is horrible (service and food) some ppl at the lobby was friendly and some very rude. Very expensive for what they are offering. I dont recommend!

The location is perfect! Near to everything in walking distance.

Even as a guest, you have to pay to stay on the pool.Low level and poor amenities as towels, blankets, sheets and pillows. There is no cleaning on the rooms, they only remove the trash every 2 days.There is no elevator and there is no privacy (the rooms are realy close to each other by the balcony.The only good thing in the stay is the location, but there is another options.

Pay for chairs at beach and no elevator to room.

Apartment and balcony were pretty spacious! We were able to split the twin beds up a bit so we weren’t on top of each other.

AC could have been stronger and you had to pay 45 euros for anyone you invited over after 10pm

The staff was slow, not accommodating to broken AC and did not help move us or fix the AC.

The room was really not clean. There were signs from previous guests all over the place, mostly haar and dirt. Also, the battery for the AC remote was empty when I arrived so I could not even regulate that - all in all not recommended

I did not like my stay here. The staff was rude and unhelpful while I was there and I have since reached out to receive a refund and have not gotten a response.

Its in good location and it has all amenities that are listed on it.

It's not ideal for someone who doesn't like noise throughout the night. There's constant music and screaming, which makes it hard to get any rest. On top of that, the frequent sound of airplanes landing can be overwhelming, depending on what you're looking for in a stay. The air conditioning is not great and needs to be synchronized between rooms to function properly. Also, the pool beds are not included in the stay and must be paid for separately.

Unlike the reviews I read, our room was extremely clean. Didn’t realize that there was daily housekeeping so that was a nice surprise.

We loved it here, except it was a little hot in our room. Not sure if the A/C units were working properly.

I liked the location, it’s close to Ushuaïa if you’re planning to party there, and very close to the beach.

We had heavy luggage, no elevators available so we had to drag over the stairs. The beds were not comfortable at all.

That there were no beach towels, pool hours weren't enough. Thought it was inappropriate to charge for pool chairs
