The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel - Ushuaïa Club entrance included

We had no AC or broke, the room was not as pictured or described, the staff was no nice to us.

The AC broken, the staff was no nice to us, they never restock water and when we ask they say we lie, the room was not as pictured

Great location =

The overall amenities and service was definitely not at a five star level. The staff did nothing to go above and beyond service. I would give this hotel a four star rating at best.

The hotel is in a great location as a party hub and directly on the beach. Its modern and nice design

The Suite should he called Junior Suite. Dont expect a separate bedroom as you should when booking a suite! Its just a couch and a nice bar dividing the Room. The room size is stated as 57m2 but it is nowhere near that. It is significantly smaller. The room is very nice and modern though. staff is not overly friendly and helpful. We wanted to extend one night and the front desk didnt help us but sent us away to book online- very poor service.

The room was very spacious, it had everything you could possibly think of. There are a lot of places where you can spend the day (the beach, the Tower, etc) and there are restaurants, bars, pool, private beach, etc. Staff was always very friendly, access to the hotel was very smooth including during club hours. Seeing your favorite DJs from your balcony is spectacular! (and sometimes you get to casually meet them in the hotel lobby)

Not all rooms have good view of the club stage, which was not very clear in the room description

The check-in process took 60 minutes in total and I had to stay in the queue to the reception three times in total. It wasn't even busy; there were just two people helping, and their processes are extremely lengthy and inefficient. For this price, I should be sitting on a sofa with a glass of champagne, and they should be coming to me immediately for the check-in.

Facilities, location, interior, exterior, reception service, performance and DJ, super beautiful swimming pool and nicely done cocktails!

Stuff were not attentive or even helpful - most of the times waiters just never same to my sunbed, when asked - replying that another person will come :( Initial pillows were synthetic and too high and Ive ordered feather ones through pillows menu - got two more synthetic pillows. Food is at best mediocre in all the restaurants

Excellent hotel with all required facilities. Very convenient to have your own access to disco area. Great breakfast and atmosphere. Very good approach from Guest relations department especially from Anna who was always helpful and kind to us.

Everything was nice

Rooms were beautiful, lovely amenities, great view, perfect location and free entry to Ushuaia events.

The bar staff at Ushuaia events! Was the opening party and early on in the day so no excuse for the bar lady to not smile or overcharge! Prices are ridiculous and bar staff at the events seem to make up the prices as they go.

The bar area around the pool was uncomfortable and unwelcoming. High bar tables and stools. Poor decor and bad music playing during the day. The pool was also not inviting.

Overpriced hotel

I don’t know who rated this hotel to be a five star and there are no elevators, and only one time complimentary water, if only because of the club ? ok the entry of the club it’s only 100€ stay in better hotel with half of this price and come every day to the club.

At the heart of Ibiza party style with summer vivesNot for everyone since it is a party hotel rather than a summer relaxing one. It has loud music from the pool or from Ushuaia party center until 11 pm. With you want party this is the hotel to be. Moreover you will have “free” entry to the Ushuaia party scene since you are a hotel guest.

Some guests do not respect the “silent” ours and take the loud music overnight at the rooms. The breakfast, albeit with lots of different choices is not at the best location.

Ushuaia is Ushuaia, if you know you know personally love the place had 10 years of amazing summers, staying at the hotel and just going to club nights.

We called house keeping a few times to ask for advice on tickets or about the room had no answer. We went to front desk 3 times and was mainly ignored or not given correct info. We had €155 charge on our room for use of the mini bar which we did not use, and they can't even give us a reason or refund for something we genuinely didn't use. Won't be staying here again.

The tickets to the club are very conviennent and the only real value of staying here.

Cigarette burns all over the suite. Broken coffee machine.Broken bathtub.And sex toy that had been opened…. All ready sad and gross from what used to be a nice hotel….Managers said they would follow up, but then never answered emails….Sad to say you should go with a Hilton or something with a real foundation of guest satisfaction if you are going to Spain.I have traveled all over Europe and Asia….A lot of the “luxury” hotels in Spain are happy to take your money and provide very poor service because they figure you will not be coming back :(I feel like they stole from us because nothing in our $1000 a night room worked. They said they would follow up about compensating us, but never did.

Huge fun, great room with balcony and view of sea and stage. Loved the Clarins in the bathroom and comp French champagne. Breakfast really is amazing.

The maintenance status is very poor considering the level of the hotel . The noise in the early morning is more appropriate for a hostel

Best hotel ever, tower pool is bouncing.. the best decor ever throughout the whole property.. 2nd time staying here and will definitely be back

Room is very old including the bathroom! Every move is for money. I took the club version with the potentially good view to the stage but even this best room 4204 was not good enough to see the dj and stage. the other ones are mostly worser. And this is with the price 1250 euro per night. i was staying there previous time 5 years ago and found this time that the breakfast was poorer this year. For example burger station and caviar are disappeared. I think the hotel needs to be renovated and got more interesting things for free for this money level.

The entrance to the parties, the room, the cleanliness, the breakfast, the beach

They have the system to equip the rooms with fancy expensive items, from make up to sexy toys and many others. Unfortunately they charge you after check out for such items pretending that you took them. It is really a pity because the hotel overall is great but situations like this can really ruin the staying, especially if you didn’t take the items in the room. Be careful!!
