Staff, policies, maintenance issues in the room originally assigned to me, and a non-operating elevator. Had to continue to make my case to get a room that had all functioning eletrical outlets in a builiding with a working elevator.

Horrible stay. Front desk was rude.

The Ac was not working the room is too hot and i asked many time to fix it but they ignored it also the reception never answer the calls when i call from my room and whenever i tell them they say we are here 24 hours you can call but they never answer

Breakfast buffet was great! Pool and beach great.

Asked for deposit for beach towels and iron. No iron board.

Really lovely, lots to do, food was okay, next to clubs

Cold food :( one rude staff member who clicked at my girlfriend for putting a wrapper on the side whilst she buttered her bread?

This property is located in the heart of La Bosa Playa and is easy to get to all events happening in the area walking.

I was overcharged for my state first of all and put in a room where there was no Wi-Fi and requested to change the room the room they changed me to had no air conditioning and I had to spend two hours with the technician fixing it next they have an elevator I was stuck on for 10 minutes. No one responded to the Emergency ring.

The staff tried their best but were setup for failure

Our stay was so bad, we left after the first night. We are writing this review to warn future guests of the serious issues we faced and the hotel's unacceptable response.No Running Water: Upon checking into our room we discovered there was no running water at all. We could not shower, wash our hands, or even flush the toilet. There was a line of 5 people with similar complaints.Broken Fan: In addition to the lack of water, the ceiling fan was also broken and non-functional.No Solution from Staff: We immediately went to reception for help. The staff confirmed he could not fix the issues and, more importantly, stated there were no other rooms available for us to move to. We were offered no solution whatsoever.Forced to Leave: With an uninhabitable room and no alternative, we were forced to endure the night and check out first thing the next morning, cutting our stay short.Unresponsive Management: The hotel management has since been completely uncooperative in providing a refund for the services that were not rendered. We were forced to file an official government complaint form (hoja de reclamaciones) just to be taken seriously.Worst breakfast buffet: The cuisine is so great in spain yet this was full of processed meat and artificial eggs.This was not a minor inconvenience; it was a complete failure to provide the most basic, essential requirement of a hotel room. We strongly advise travelers to consider this before booking.`

It is reasonably priced and close to major nightlife.

Small things, like sporadic internet in the room. Some of the facilities are outdated, but still a good value.

The location close to the airport

Staff was rather unfriendly. Rooms are old and need renovation. Noisy road behind the hotel. The food at breakfast, except for the fruits, was rather disappointing. How this hotel got a 4 Star rating is a miracle as in my opinion 2 stars are more appropriate. The prices they charge for the rooms are way overpriced.

The location is great if you have plans to visit Ushuai

When we arrive the made us paid and there wasn’t any water in the bathroom, they didn’t told us about the water issues , instead they just charged without telling us, also phone didn’t worked , tv didn’t worked and the room smelled weird. Our shower had a filtration that flood the bathroom.

I recently stayed at Fergus for my birthday, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel went out of their way to make me feel special — they left a cute birthday card in my room and invited me to enjoy complimentary cava. Such a thoughtful touch!However, when I went to redeem the cava at the pool bar, things took a weird turn. The front desk had told me to head to the pool bar, so I did, feeling excited. One of the bartenders (a man) was super friendly, wished me a happy birthday, and started to serve the cava. Meanwhile, the female bartender gave me major attitude — she didn’t even say happy birthday and acted as if I was asking for something outrageous.She abruptly stopped the other bartender, stepped aside to make a phone call, and told me (quite coldly) that I needed to go inside to the main bar to get it. When I tried to clarify how to pay or if I could just handle it right there, she gave conflicting answers and continued to be dismissive. It honestly felt unnecessary and uncomfortable — especially for something meant to be a kind birthday gesture.In the end, I didn’t even bother using the free cava, and that’s fine — I didn’t need it. But the attitude and lack of clear communication really took away from an otherwise amazing stay.Besides this incident, the hotel itself was wonderful: beautiful spaces, friendly staff (aside from this one moment), and great vibes overall.Tip for management: Please ensure all staff are on the same page about guest perks and that they approach guests with kindness — especially when it’s supposed to be a celebratory moment. A little warmth goes a long way.Thank you for making most of my birthday memorable. With some small service tweaks, this hotel can truly be a 10/10 experience.

Following my initial check-in, I attended an event and subsequently returned to my assigned room. Upon my return, I discovered significant water damage resulting from a malfunctioning air conditioning unit.I attempted to contact the reception desk via telephone, but encountered a system malfunction.I then proceeded to the reception area in person, where a member of the room service staff provided towels without addressing the underlying issue. No further action was taken to rectify the situation.Upon waking the following morning, I observed that the water damage had worsened. Although I was relocated to a different room, the air conditioning system in the new room was also experiencing operational difficulties. The manager advised me to leave the air conditioning running continuously, even during my absence from the room, until the external weather conditions improved.

Location is right near the beach and a beautiful front desk/check in area. Buffet style breakfast included which is great. Walking distance to a lot of cool spots and clubs.

The best/pillows are a little hard but not too bad.

We asked for room service another day, but they didnt clean, they just put new towels and toilet paper on the bed. Staff dont speak english. Only the reception people. So annoying. We expected atleast good treatment here.

Nothing really stood out.

Our room smelled like sewage and the AC barely worked. I have traveled to over thirty countries and I specifically always look for places with AC. This system did not work properly and could use a huge overhaul. Ended up having to sleep with the windows open because it was so hot.
