Staff, temperature, poolHours, staff!! Zero customer service. I will never return to any of the vibra properties

Loved the outdoor space and that there were plenty of sunloungers.Friendly staff.Hotel was close to the beach and the main strip.

The cooked food at breakfast was cold. There was a microwave to warm your food however I think that is unexceptable.The rooms are dated and need modernisation.

the entertainment staff were out of this world.to be honest all staff were. very friendly and place was very clean

only issue was the bar closing at 11pm. could off kept open atleast until 12am for paying customers.

It was close to the beach, big rooms, amazing views, very friendly staff.

The cleaning wasn’t done properly, they changed only the towels without cleaning the room. I would like to find some vegan options for the future.

Having the two swimming pools meant there was enough space for everyone to lounge around the pool. The all inclusive food & Drinks were great!

When you read other reviews and they say the walls are paper thin they are PAPER THIN! you can hear the next room whisper! And it's so loud in the bathroom!!

Disappointing

Great from outside but run down from the inside. Old and destroyed furniture, noisy air con, no soundproof at all.

Close to the beach. Location was less crowded than San Antonio, which was good as I I had children with me. Getting around is easy. Reception staff are helpful.Air con is the best ever. Gives off a 4 star vibe.

Walls are super thin, you feel like the neighbour is in your room. Toilets make a flushing noise every 5 to 10 minutes alongside a weird giggle sound after you actually flush Showers are dangerous as the temperature fluctuates every few seconds and gets really hot. All inclusive isn't all inclusive as the drinks need a separate token.

Staff were helpful, walking distance to bus stops for airport and ibiza old town, great entertainment during the day.

Not a lot of vegetarian options, which was disappointing as I booked all-inclusive.Interior of room was a little dated but clean and spacious.

The hotel was a great value for money, it is well located and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good, not exceptional, but good enough with a lot of options.

I had to request a room change because the first room was smelling really bad, and the staff quickly accommodated our request. The next room was noisy, and I had to visit the reception three times at 2 am, but the staff promptly took action to address the noise. The swimming pool closed at 6 pm, which was early considering we would spend the day at the beach and wanted to use the hotel facilities a bit more.

The room was spacious, quiet, and perfect for three people, including my parents who thoroughly enjoyed their stay at the hotel.

The hotel did not have any contingency plan. On our last day, the electricity went out, so there were no working lifts to bring the luggage downstairs, and there was no air con.

Rooms were clean and location was good .

There was a vented panel in the bathroom that went right through to next door . You could hear everything . You could hear them showering . But what was worse was the music at 4 am in the morning . Luckily we was only staying 1 night

The staff and entertainment staff were exceptional and hard working. There was a lot choice each day for the all inclusive

It was noisy at night, lots of young clobbers going out & coming back making a fair amount of noise, pool was crowded , more of a youngsters hotel than a quite one

Outdated, noisy and lack of service.

The rooms were outdated. You could hear the people in the room next door going to the toilet, showering and talking. The lowest temp for air conditioning is 20 degrees. The plumbing was concealed by a louver door in the bathroom so you could smell sewage smells every now and again. There was mold in the bathroom. No service to room and no refrigerators.

Breakfast was good for my picky sisters. Bed was very very comfy. Staff were very friendly and super helpful. It was very clean.The pool facilities were good.

Just one sheet on the bed, would have liked another. Plumbing noisy, could hear every time upstairs flushed their toilet. The pool needed more sunbeds.
