Location and really friendly staff.

The forniture looks oldie.

Staff were so nice. I got moved to a larger room with a great balcony watching the sun go down nightly. Food needs to be upgraded other than that everything was fabulous

The staff were super friendly and helpful - including providing recommendations, calling taxis, looking up bus information. And we encountered quite a few over the 4 days and all were the same. So obviously some good customer service training. The room was clean and perfect for two friends travelling together. Thank goodness for the aircon. What we also liked was that whilst the hotel wasn't that close to San Antonio there were good bar, restaurants and beaches within walking distance. Highly recommend the boat taxi which took us to San Antonio for 5 euros each way in 15 mins when we were too hot to walk an hour. Easy and cheap bus route to airport as well as the bus stop was right outside!

The only thing that I think they could improve is to provide a few elements like chopping board, wine bottle opener and maybe ice trays in the freezer. We didn't cook at all in there but some more basic elements would have gone down well.

They came in the room while we were sleeping and stole from us. We saw the door open and closed and I just thought we hadn’t locked the door and some drunk entered the wrong door, but no. We were missing money. I didn’t want to believe it, I thought maybe we were wrong. But after checking the reviews on Google I saw that this same thing happened to dozens of people. So scary and shameful. They stole $2000 euros from us while we were sleeping. We want our money back.

The staff were very helpful and super friendly it’s perfect for just sleep and explore the area around,all amenities are very close.Sun set was right there, 2 very close beaches and water park for the kids minutes away.Amazing roof top hotels open to the public and restaurants to eat.This hotel was just perfect for us

After our flight back home was cancelled we were forced to search for a last minute stay for additional nights in Ibiza and since there were a few flights cancelled there were not many options available at reasonable prices for a family of 4 people. We found Vibra and they had a family room for 590 eur per night, not sure if this is their standard rate or they tried to take advantage of the situation ( 18 July a lot of flights were cancelled due to the global IT outage). Anyway, for lack of alternative options and because it was 11 pm and I had to find a place where my kids could sleep as they were exhausted we booked this room. We drove to the hotel , check in went ok, the receptionist was pleasant and understanding but when we got to the room it looked like it was out of a horror movie - dim lighting, stale smell, but we were desperate and just wanted to pass out. But then my youngest daughter started screaming as she saw a cockroach - I smashed one and said it's ok, it's just part of wild life, but then she screamed again as another roach appeared from behind the curtains, and another one, and another one. It was obvious that this room is ''occupied' by them and we are not welcome. After trying to kill 3 more of these beasts my kids and wife, well, and mee too, got into a panic attack state and literally ran out of the room back to the reception to ask to change the room. There was no way we were going back to that room, let alone sleep in it. The receptionist said the hotel is full and repeatedly said "I don't know nothing ' , the manager is not here, I can't change the room, I can't refund you too as only the manager can, but that will only be possible in the morning.

Room was good overlooking the small pool. Staff were excellent & attended to all our needs. Location is superb, bus stop outside the hotel takes you to San Antonio for €1.64 & all the beaches on the west of the island. The pool is very nice, you can always get a sun bed. The San Antonio bay road starts outside the Maritim & the are endless bars & restaurants before you reach San Antonio. Going back in September.

Nothing, liked it all , didn’t want all inclusive & it’s quite at night.

Our fault but a long way from San Antonio town - in relatively quite part of townRooms were large and clean but quite dated - whilst there is a kitchen wouldn’t be able to cook anything substantial due to lack of facilities and cooking utensils

Amazing staff, really helpful and kind and could not do more to make our stay enjoyable. Lovely big apartment and really conveniently located near supermarket and tapas bar and not too “party”. Excellent value for money both for the rooms and the bar - thank you

It was our first time in this hotel but we are very satisfied.Fernando from reception amazing human and amazing worker,he showed us the most beautyfull places around hotel.He was very helpfull and very kind,also Lidia and Alicia,they described us everything what is worth of seeing.

The pool was nice and relaxing.The rooms were very large.The staff we're very helpful.

The music at the large poolside. was too loud and not a good choice of music playing. Spare bed was very very basic.

The room was very spacious. The breakfasts were fine and varied.The staff was super nice! WiFi was not very fast but stable and enough to work remotely. The location is a little bit on the side, so it's calmer.

Room and bathroom especially needs some refresh, it's dated although clean. Swimming pool music is annoying if your room faces the pool, in the evenings it overlaps with the music from the restaurant across the road. It can be challenging to find a parking space in the vicinity.

Staff very friendly and polite specially Nicole from reception and cleaners who were responsible for our room. Great location close to restaurants, bars, supermarket, and coffee shops!

Very friendly and welcoming staff who made sure our stay was pleasant. The room was very clean and provided a great kitchen area with utensils and brand new washing equipment included. The shower was also very powerful

One thing missing was a spatula in the kitchen
