Clean & quiet & great location

I liked everything about it

Too expensive for what it is

No lift, no help for the luggage. I was in seconde floor with heavy bag to lift with disc hernia it wasn’t that easy.

An affordable hotel in bossa for the Party people. This hotel is about min walk walk from Hi or Ushuaïa, which is nice as it’s away from the Main Street with all the noise. Room is comfortable and clean. Breakfast is 8-11 and had decent option after being out all night.

If you were not into the club scene, I don’t know why you stay in Bossa, let alone this close to the clubs. People are coming and go at all hours of the night (myself included). If you’re not clubbing stay in Ibiza town. I had no issues with the property and was nice to have 24/7 staff to arrange taxis and ensure everyone was safe and having a great time.

Great location walking distance from clubs and many services

A typical mid range hotel in ibiza for party people , full of drunk British … but if you go to ibiza you know most of these places are like that so … This hotel is great if you are out most of the time and if you just need a room to change sleep and rest a bit

Great location, really nice rooms, vanity mirror for makeup and a decent hairdryer, really great staff in reception, bar, restaurant, all very helpful and friendly. Hotel very clean all round, lovely pool and Sunbed area, pool bar closed at 7 so nice and quiet at night unlike everywhere else nearby. Pool/beach towels provided daily and decent shampoo, shower gel and body lotion and clean towels daily.

The only think I didn’t like was the breakfast wasn’t that great, the scrambled eggs had no flavour, totally tasteless and oily, the omelettes were really oily, couldn’t eat them, tried to explain this but to no avail, asked to be cooked in butter, just added more oil! The fresh fruit selection was good and the boiled eggs were nice, a good selection of breads and cereals and cheese and ham etc so didn’t go hungry. Plus there was a nice place to the left of the hotel for a decent breakfast at a very reasonable price.

Amazing location, so close to the main strip of shops and restaurants. 10 mins walk to Hi Ibiza and Ushuaia. Amazing pool area, amazing reception staff. Aesthetically pleasing hotel. I read reviews stating you had to pay to use the sun lounges by the pool and pay for pool towels which is incorrect they are free. The only lounges you have to pay for are the cabanas which are 30 euro but you get that back in food and drinks.

The air conditioning in the room 134 felt like evaporative cooling rather than refrigeration. We had it set to 17 degrees and it wasn’t that cool, everything felt really damp and humid and we got hot during the night despite the aircon being set to 17.

EXCELLENT location

Paper thin walls, dirty shower (had to shower with shoes on. It rained and the sewage came up on the street near the hotel and it smelled so bad people were gagging while walking.

The English lady on reception is lovely all the staff are so helpful and I overslept on my final night and she let me stay in the room a little longer which was a lovely tour it’s quiet but music round the pool rooms are lovely cleaned every day centre of bossa can’t really ask much more pool is nice cocktails are nice food is great breakfast is lovely nice selection for all none dairy and dairy options

Disappointing

There are lots of scent diffusers in this hotel, and they have an awful artificial smell that lingers on the skin and clothes

Very good location, easy walk to the beach, clubs, a lot of shops and restaurants in the area. The hotel is small cozy and clean with very friendly staff. Only 10min away fron the airport.

As the entire area, prices are on the higher side, compared to other locations.

- location was very convenient - breakfast was good and went until 11am - pool was nice and had good sun coverage, but half the sun beds cost €30, with the others being free, and the towels cost €10 to RENT- maids cleaned pretty well

- Airconditioning was absolutely HORRIBLE, it literally made the room hotter, we had maintenance come and look at it and all he did was move the fans so that it directed more towards the bed. He used a thermometer and the temp from the aircon was 24°C, and the room temp was a constant 27°C. We tried to leave the door open for air flow but then this attracted mosquitos - room felt very dirty all the time. We showered with thongs on cause the shower had mould and grime both inside and out- I wiped my nose with the toilet paper and it literally smelt of poo- the double bed was just two singles moved together

The staff

The room and terrace is small, the pool is in a closed court with no view or greenery, it’s way overpriced for what it is. There was no soap or shampoo in the soap dispenser.

Very functional, beds ok, great storage facility for luggage and external shower if you want to freshen up before hopping on a late flight, friendly staff, 10 min walk to the big clubs, 8 min to beach, 25 min min to old town

i may say that i will come back someday and it will be the same hotel! it was really great in every aspect, the room was clean and they cleaned it and fill it with towels without even asking, on daily base of course, the price to value ratio i think it will the best in that area, it's about three minutes from the main street and from the Playa d'en Bossa beach, if you do a little research you'll understand that this is the main place to be in Ibiza! so really enjoyed our time, room, breakfast, location, everything, thank a lot, muchas gracias!

Clean hotel.Very helpful and friendly staff, Lynda and Paul were exceptional in helping with places to eat, ordering taxis and general information. Marco was very helpful in arranging a late check out for us. Housekeeping staff were very helpful. Decent amount of sun loungers not over crowded around the pool. We stayed end of September for closing parties. Kettle available in the deluxe rooms only. Deluxe room included access to your own sun bed directly outside your room. Decent breakfast included. Round the corner from all the amenities. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lack of mirrors /dressing area to get ready. No socket near the large mirror to plug in appliances for hair. Luckily we had our own little mirrors so didn’t get impacted by this too much.

It is near the beach, the staff from reception & kitchen.

You need to clean better, the coffee is the worst coffee I have ever had, the breakfast is the same every day and also very poor in diversity, we got a room with direct access from the street, we barely slept, very noisy, the facilities are so low comparing to what we paid. 3 nights = 734€ with breakfast only. As a couple we got 2 beds (twin room) and these were super old and it was frustrating as we could not rest at all. One word: Overrated. Unfortunately we will not recommend this hotel. You need to improve, a lot!!
