Great location with attentive staff. Samira was most helpful at check in and had team available to replace batteries in room safe right away when asked. Night concierge was great with restaurant suggestions. Great stay.

The hotel is clean, but the price is too high for the services provided.

The check-in experience with the lady at reception was excellent. However, the check-out was disappointing. The male staff member in charge was very impolite. We only requested a one-hour late check-out, but he was clearly annoyed and seemed more focused on charging extra rather than providing good service.During check-out, a staff member entered our room abruptly without even waiting a few seconds after knocking, which was highly unprofessional.The value for money is not worth it. For the amount paid, the room had several shortcomings such as missing basic amenities like tissues and slippers. Overall, the service quality does not match the price.Rating: 3/5

Lovely boutique hotel that’s right on the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in walking distance to many bars and restaurants and not too far from old town. There are many comfortable loungers outside for sunbathing. The rooms were great, lots of space and comfortable beds. The breakfast was continental and held outside.

On our first morning there was a lot of noise from the staff in the hallways, lots of doors banging and loud chatter. This was not as noticeable during the rest of our stay. When it rained the breakfast was either cancelled completely or reduced.

The rooms are stunning and very spacious. The location is incredible.

Found the breakfast incredibly limited. No protein whatsoever.

The reception team were great, super welcoming, the Pool area is super cute, beach front and has comfy Seating to sun bathe all day. The theming of the room is super cool and gives the rooms and hotel a Unique selling point for this quirky factor. The pool area has a DJ during the day which is nice - please note only play retro and throwback vibes no modern music which is great for a beach day relax.

- The AC in the room did not work for the duration of my stay, the Menu in the room says scan for room service, but the Hotel does not offer any room service just dry snacks such as Crisps, breadsticks and nuts which are overpriced for what they are. -The kitchen extraction fan came on at random times of the day and night and is super loud. - Not great if you are wanting to sleep.

Have been to this hotel twice now, the staff are fantastic na very helpful, highly recommend.

The weather In April is a bit windy and not very hot, so that was the only downside, but did not effect our holiday

It was awful - basically a brothel masquerading as a hotel

We didn't sleep at all. Very noisy. Awful beds. Staff didn't care at all about the prostitutes in the room next door.

We really loved the theme of the hotel, with each suite being done up against a famous artist or band

The shower, it was very temperamental very hot or cold

Unique rooms, lovely pool area, convenience of shop nearby, the complimentary breakfast, the facility to have the music that you want or to listen to the hotels, great service staff, beach and pool towels provided. Spaciousness. Beach view.

Would have preferred a room with a double bed, but they weren't available.

I would 100% recommend this lovely hotel! Very clean in the room and on the property. The staff were so welcoming and nice especially Samira! She not only upgraded the room but made sure it was ready early as we landed before check-in. While I was at the pool she noticed from a far I didn’t have towels so she sent someone to bring us some.The pool area with the beachfront was beautiful, words cannot describe the sunset from the balcony, would definitely stay here again!

Everything about the property was amazing! A lovely location, stunning room and the pool area is lovely too.

The maids are super loud in a morning (very early). You can hear everything through the doors, so much banging! If you are going for a relaxing break or would like a lie in you have no chance of this. This is the only thing which we were not happy about. The food menu around the pool in the day is limited. Not a lot of choice.

Love the music themed reception and rooms. When you first check in a record player starts and plays a record that matches the musician for your room! Pretty cool. Neat clean comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Great water pressure in shower, a nice experience after weeks of travel through Europe. A small breakfast and coffee are available in the morning, the beach is kept clean. Only stayed 2 days, and spent our time exploring beautiful Ibiza, so didn’t get to use the pool area! Car parking is available and is only a 12 minute drive to the airport.

Noisy guests returning in early hours of the morning, but it wasn’t too disruptive.

The staff are very nice people, the location were good and the room were clean.

For two consecutive days, we experienced issues with the shower at the Dorado hotel. The water unexpectedly cut off while we were in the shower, causing us to miss our dinner reservation. As it turned out, the entire hotel was dealing with a water problem during our stay. This delay resulted in the Zuma restaurant charging my card €100 for the missed reservation

Cool themed rooms such as Beatles, Queen etc Swimming and bathing area was a vibe Beach front locationLoved going to sleep hearing the sea hitting the shore and same waking up was very calming. Awesome hotel overall

Trendy hotel. Big rooms, excellent location and friendly and helpful reception staff.

The cleaning staff were not very good.

Adult only, very cool design, great location, clean rooms, all facilities were very well maintained

Not so friendly staff, room was on ground floor so a bit noisy, a lot of drapes that need to ensure that are closed to maintain privacy on ground floor (street level), and prevent daylight from waking us up.
