Nothing it was horrible

staff rude. hotel lady introduced herself as the crazy hotel lady. 5 min after check in I was yelled at because she thought I was checking out. security guard screamed at us many times. rooms were dirty. feet were black walking around in room.

We had a good sized room with an ocean view, great location! The staff at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful.

The rooms wasn't that clean and hadn't been mopped at all. Our feet were black from walking barefoot only for the first 20 minutes of being there.

The position is super close to clubs and also the beach. Perfect to go everywhere.

The apartment wasn’t clean. The floor was dirty! And the bathroom without a window or a fan was the worst part because the floor was always wet, all day long. It didn’t dried even after hours keeping the door open.

Loved the property! The staff were very helpful and cooperative — they even allowed an early check-in. Everything was perfect, and the best part was the excellent location.

The hotel was amazing! Everything was clean, the staff were very friendly, and the location was perfect. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again.

The property was in a great location. With taxis being expensive it was great cause a lot of the main attractions were in walking distance to it.

I didn’t like how the staff was stingy with the towels they allowed in each room.

The location was great- right on on the strip, walking distance from major clubs, bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and the beach. The pool area was nice as well.

The room was completely filthy. Vomit stains on the floors and dried blood and mystery stains on the pullout couch. So much so that we did not feel comfortable walking barefoot anywhere in the apartment. When we complained to management about this they told us there was nothing they could do and to just complain to booking.com. Management said the floors just had to be "replaced" and that they could not clean the apartment nor move us to a different room. Additionally, the manager and security guards were extremely hostile to our guests who we invited and would not allow them to step foot even in the lobby. It was absolutely ridiculous that we were not allowed to have invited guests in our apartment that we paid for.

Good location close to the beach and restaurants

Security at the door doesn’t let anyone inside without a hotel wristband, if you want to bring someone in they have to pay a tourist tax and sign a form, real buzz kill late at night. Also the slamming doors in the hallways are brutal.

A/C and bed

Loud music from Playa Soleil, they constantly open the back doors at night, extremely aggravating. Loud neighbors kept going in and out of the room next door every night and slamming the doors each time, staff did nothing about it. Loud staff outside the room chatting from 7:00 am, it was impossible to get a proper night’s sleep. No WiFi in the room, which makes no sense in 2025

The friendly and helpful staff really made our stay special! The atmosphere by the pool and the location were also fantastic.

Great location- in playa d’en Bossa, 3 mins walk from Ushuaïa, beachfront. Nice, spacious, clean, 1bedroom flat sea view. Italian receptionist was funny and helpful.

Location was the ONLY good part. The room was decent until I had a flooding incident The breakfast I was unable to try

The WiFi was only functional in the common areas as per ( the lobby ) if you were in your room the WiFi was not working. When my room flooded the hotel did not want to refund me & I had to wait a night for my situation to be fixed

Our apartment was there on the 4th floor and there was no lift. This was the only challenge

Room smelt bad of smoke even though I booked a non smoking room. The floor was completely ripped apart and broken. The 1 aircon in the hall smelt like mold and dead rats. It cooled the front door and that's it. This place and Ibiza have serious gone down hill in the last few years. I literally walked out and booked another hotel.

Lovely apartment with everything you could need and great balcony overlooking the pool. Really liked the pool area and location was amazing for going out to the clubs and lots of restaurants and fast food close! Aircon worked well to cool us down.

The staff were very slow on the desk and check in felt like it took an insane amount of time considering so little needed to be done. Also hated the policy of not even allowing anyone other than true people staying in the room into the apartment without paying 60 euro deposit. This made us feel like we couldn’t enjoy time with our friends or even leave some bags for our convenience

It was dirty and there were ants on the floor. The internet was not working.

Great location, beachfront and close to clubs. Very spacey

The property ideally located in Playa den Bossa near some of the most vibrant clubbing scene.

Air conditioning needing replacement.
