    • Nothing. This “hotel” ITS NOT a 5 stars resort. Is FAR from it. Should be 3-4 stars, I let you know why:
    • The property was lovely however there is no Netflix on the TV neither a speaker in a private villa ! Which is just unheard of. It also takes the staff more than one hour to call back to answer any of your questions. Lastly I arranged to have my hair done at the spa, they had to call someone from outside to come to the property. She was the most unprofessional hair stylist I had ever come across. Was working with a full blown cold coughing and sneezing every two minutes and I was also not happy with the blow dry she used terrible products and I felt she was very inexperienced. At the end they tried to bill me 150€ for a wash and blow dry!!! Not even Mayfair in london holds these prices! Overall our experience was 6/10. And we wouldn’t stay again. I must add Clara from guest relations was very nice and she deserves her credit. Thankyou.
    • The service, food, facilities and size of the room was great value for money.

    Cons -

    • Beautiful place, FAR from a 5star experience. For anyone that does not know 5star service anything will impress them, a pool.. a building.. for low standards everything is cute.. sadly and i hate to say it this place is okay but MUST BE CHEAPER for the service they provide.Their main issue making them a 2 star experience is management.First off we KNOW the check in is at 3pm nonetheless normally when its a 5 star hotel they manage to accommodate guests a little earlier.. we’ve had this happen in even 4 star hotels like CR7 Madrid where they somehow solve this issue in order to keep guests comfortable.. well they made us wait 3 hours in the lobby and let us check in until half an hour AFTER the hour they said was available.Another day we make a reservation in Ibiza Town, we know this is a far place so we ask them to please order a taxi in advance.. they say yess but its a busy day so it might take some time, we agree.. so they recommend we go have a drink at their restaurant so of course we go.. only to wait an hour and a half to find out that since we werent there and they had an event and that the amount of people were too much and they gave out taxis to two other people..If they know theres gonna be more people than normal then be EXTRA aware, have more staff and prioritize ur guests not people that showed up to a party. That day we lost our reservation ending up in losing the whole day because they couldnt handle their events.Water pressure? Not working…The staff is a complete mess. Nobody knows what they’re doing. And they are the fakest people you’ll ever deal with.Got a question? They’ll answer with something negative, and with a face that looks like they’re tired of you and your questions.None of the staff has ever received any training in hospitality—you can tell by their faces that they’re fed up, and when they see you coming, they try to change their expression, but you can still tell they’re not happy to provide any service.
    • The food and drinks within the accommodation are a little over priced, however very tasty.
    • Food was a bit boring, not too much to do at night

Beautiful hotel setting and layout of all accommodation. Staff on reception very friendly and helpful .Rooms comfortable and clean

Children's pool area found the grass around the pool to be very muddy where it had been watered in mornings Service not at its best in Cone restaurant. We dined one evening in a large group as it was the evening before our family wedding and the service was not good at all. Seemed to be under staffed which caused problems when ordering drinks & food. We had bottles of wines in coolers at the end of the table which we ended up serving ourselves as staff were non existing to top the glasses up.The same at breakfast times if you didn't opt for the buffet and ordered from the menu it took an eternity for the food and coffee to be delivered Overall disappointed considering the review of the hotel on their website

very well organized and friendly hotel. amazing view on the sea and Es Vedra. Nice that they have an adult pool area and kids pool area

    10DebraPosted on: 8-31-2024

Best hotel in Ibiza. The most stunning views daytime & sunset. The spa is stunning & so is the gym 5 stars. Breakfast is something to enjoy looking out over the sea

    I loved everything about it

everything was great , we had an amazing time. specially pool

Just in resort finding bin was difficult. There was not vegetable on breakfast !

Quiet but beautiful cliffside location in the western part of Ibiza. Premium amenities. Great for families.

    6KristinaPosted on: 8-25-2024

The staff are the wonderful, the food is delicious and the view is breath taking. Main pool is divine.

The kids pool is not the main pool and far cry from luxury/resort style pool you would expect with the price. The pool is surrounded my wet grass, the day beds are dirty and the staff around the kids pool are not attentive. The rooms are great size however we had a lot of ants in the bedroom. The beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable and the bathroom is very small. (not to mention the water pressure is low, similar to hose)I personally think it’s overpriced for what you get and the drive to the main town is a headache especially with taxi’s being such a problem on the island. You can be left waiting a minimum 30 minutes for a taxi.

    9GaylePosted on: 8-22-2024

Nice & peaceful, good background music at pool area & lots of staff for drinks & food. Loved the layout of the property like a little village.

    7CristinaPosted on: 7-19-2024

The view is spectacular. One of the best on the island. Worth going just for that

There is nothing. No tennis, no activities. Not the ideal spot with the kids

Excellent property located on a hilltop, with wonderful rooms, however, be careful when booking all the rooms have the same pictures you might not get what you see.

The booking process is rather complicated, But the pictures of the different category of rooms definitely have to be rearranged by the property on Booking.comBesides this, the concierge stuff deserves an extra thank you for their sincere efforts I’m making our stay beautiful. Also, the front office partially.

    Location and accommodation.

Lacking some features you might expect at a high class resort. Pool music annoying at times. Service not quite 5 star.

    10ElisaPosted on: 6-2-2024

The venue is located in an amazing place. Staff was so professional, much attention and perfect approach and attitude. Breakfast was outstanding.

The stay was great the only comment that I would leave not as negative but as an input to improve is the bathroom in the room, which is very small.

    9DaisyPosted on: 5-31-2024

The views are amazing. Very clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The food was also delicious here

Only thing is it’s pretty far out from everything. Half hour taxi most days was a bit annoying
