Very convinient, near the motorway to Madrid.

Nice oasis near the airport

After hours challenge figuring out how to get in.

Beds are comfortable, parking space for free, near highway.

Restaurant extremely expensive and food quality was bad.

My reason for the stay was a stopover en route to Bilbao. Although the location was a bit isolated it didnt matter as the on-site bar and restaurant was perfect and staff very friendly and helpful - fpod was excellent.

Location was perfect to travelling to Spain

Unable to get an evening meal after 20.30 an breakfast was not avaliable until 9.15 and were not accommodating

Location good for stopover between Almeria and Santander

Dinner didn't start till 9pm which was late for us Brits. And no alternative options. Bar staff did k ock up a very nice sandwich for us tho.Breakfast was asked very basic

The beds were super comfy, and the shower was really good ?

Close to Jarama race track which was purpose of trip. Staff always helpful and friendly. Lovely food

We booked a double room 9 months ago and arrived to a twin room, was told unable to change it.

The location was good for what we needed

The staff were not helpful or friendly the food was shocking only served lunch until 4pm and then tea started at 9pm, who eats that late ? The room was dated the hotel was empty and the price for food and drink was really expensive for what it was.

Had a restaurant but closed the day we arrived, Sunday and .not anywhere to get something to eat. Breakfast was enough but minimal. No European TV

Location

1st bedroom stank of smoking - moved2nd bedroom had no hot water - moved3rd bedroom no plug in sink, low water pressure in shower, bed not comfortable, compressor outside room noisy all night. If it had not been so late arriving due to traffic, we would not have stayed.It must be said that the lady on reception should be given a medal for the way that she tried to help us!!! The hotel is fortunate to have her.We asked to speak to a manager in the morning but was told by the duty receptionist that one was not available - probably a wise move under the circumstances.Compared to our hotel the previous night (Ibis budget), it was nearly twice the price and half as good).

Clean and excellent value, food in restaurant was excellent but a little expensive but very good

A tired decor

Exceptionally clean. Allowed us to park our motorbike inside the gates overnight.

Restaurant was closed and bar. Apparently not open on Sundays. No where within walking distance to get a drink or food. No water supplied in the room. Breakfast was limited and poor. I asked for more cereal but, was told it’s Monday? Bed were hard.

Not much at all. Apart from check in that was good.

The restaurant was very expensive. The room very basic. There was no alternative near to eat somewhere else.

This is great value for money. It is ideal for what we used it for, a stay over on a long journey. It is clean, close the motorway and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good and a restaurant is available.

Nothing to complain about

We had a great meal in the restaurant. We would definitely recommend it.

The room was nice and clean but was missing a bed side table, only 2 small pillows and a fridge would also be helpful
