    Pros +

    • The location was perfect, easy to find with free parking. I needed a stop point between Gibraltar and Valencia and this was perfect. Salobreña is a majestic city and the hotel had a great view of it from the back courtyard.
    • Clean. Good room. Lovely pool and outdoor space. Spectacular view
    • Clean, good size, room area was quiet, had a balcony

    Cons -

    • Lawn service was chopping down a tree outside my bathroom window when I went to take a shower. Not a big deal, just interesting.
    • The restaurant opened at 8 for breakfast but very little on offer - only cheese and ham
    • My window only had a darkening curtain. Once it was open, I felt exposed. Keeping it closed meant not enjoying the beautiful day light

Great location and views from the suite.

There were non smoking rooms. Our suite smelled like an ash tray. Those who stayed before us were smokers and smell lingered in the entire suite

    Clean comfortable rooms

Security of room and it took so so long to get served at the cafe and bar both during the day and even worse in the evening

Have stayed before thought it was a very nice place

The phone in the room was not working the fan was working but the light wouldn’t go off so couldn’t have that on at night and the air conditioning didn’t work either .

Lovely elevated views. Good size pool.

Breakfast was average but decent value for money.

Nice food, friendly and helpful staff, lovely pool and view

Very nice view from top of cliff

balcony wooden board fell off, no water pressure at shower, lots of fassade's concrete broken, food at dinner cold and oily, construction noise all over. For a single night ok, but with family for two weeks? OMG.

Fantastic sea views, friendly staff, very comfortable beds and great shower.

Great hotel but a drive away from the nearest village or a long walk (45 min) our room (305) was comfortable and clean with a great view over the pool but next to the lift which sounds like it’s “sighing” - ok once you get used to the “disappointed “ lift!! Breakfast was amazing freshly cooked omelette and the waiter/chef was very friendly cheerful and helpful . Reception staff efficient but not so welcoming. Will definitely return on our next trip through this way

This hotel surpassed all my expectations. The reception staff was attentive, amiable, and highly professional. Room 204 was truly exceptional, boasting a balcony that offered stunning views of the pool and the Mediterranean. The inclusive buffet breakfast was a culinary delight, offering a plethora of options that showcased excellence in both cuisine and service. Opting for the evening buffet meal, which incurred an additional cost, proved to be a wise decision as it presented a wide array of high-quality dishes that catered to various dietary requirements, all while providing great value for money. The hotel provided ample free parking and ensured excellent accessibility for guests with disabilities. The thoughtful gestures, such as offering information on scenic walks and local transportation options, underscored the hotel's commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Quite honestly there was nothing I disliked about my stay at the Salobrena Suites.

We had a one night stay on a Saturday in March. The room was large bright and would appear to be recently updated with decoration, new bathroom and furniture. The timber balcony handrail was loose and in general poor condition which was a bit of a concern. The main outside terrace area has amazing views over the sea and Salobrena. It provides plenty of areas for sunbathing or sitting in the shade under a large pergola. In general it definitely does what it says on the tin but is starting to show signs of its age and the common parts of the hotel are now a bit tired. If you are looking to get way from it all then it's a great location sat on a headland with terrific views and easy free parking. But it is isolated away from Salobrena and you would need transport to get out and about. However we enjoyed our stay to relax with a nice evening buffet and a good inexpensive bottle of wine, we would stay again.

    That they allow dogs

What's the point allowing dogs when they are not allowed in the cafeteria nor the restaurant!!?? I don't get it. Leaving your dog barking in the room like some idiots is not my thing.

We were upgraded to a balcony room and the views were lovely over the ocean. Fantastic selection of breakfast including made to order omelets. Very comfortable beds. Very clean.

No extractor fan in the bathroom. Pool was closed but we were off season. Car park was quite busy in January so I imagine it could be difficult to get a spot in summer.

    Very clean. Easy check-in.

Hotel seems to bw very old without imvestments.

Spacious room with balcony and amazing sea view. Very comfy beds. TV with international channels. Fast WiFi. Very well equipped bathroom with lots of hygiene products. Staff was amazing, especially the guy in the cafeteria who served me a small breakfast near the pool. Exceptional value for money (note that I stayed off season and during the week). I would immediately book this hotel again.

The only thing I would have loved to have was tea and kettle in the room.
