Free parking in front of the hotel, bar with cheap drinks, clean room.

There is no fridge in the room, the floor was a bit dangerous (you could cut yourself on it), the check in process was really long.

Good parking. The new room are quite good, but the bed squeak with every moving

Breakfast was expensive for what we could eat. Some of the food was not fresh, the table towels were not clean.It can get quite noisy in the evenings and not easy to sleep.

Room was basic and need upgrading. Beds need replacing. Though clean.Restaurant very nice but pricey. Staff are nice and helpful.

Room was very basic, but very clean. Food in restaurant was great.Staff were lovely and helpfull, even though they didn't speak English and us not much Spanish.

Some friendly staff at times

Too loud… I could here people outside until about 1 or 2 in the morning and was jolted awake by about 6:30 in the morning appeared short staffed, remote location

Great location. Room spacious, well equipped and clean. Comfortable bed. great restaurant for dinner and breakfast. very reasonable. would definitely stay again. :-)

It was very clean and within walking distance of the town centre. The staff were friendly and efficient.

The noise! There was no soundproofing at all. There was someone moving furniture in one of the other rooms until well after midnight. You could hear when they used the bathroom and you could hear all the traffic going past.

Noisy, could hear TV and snoring from next room. Staff not interested or helpful.

Restaurant offered a pleasant variety of loval tastes.

Bed was uncomfortable. The shower was broken. The room has already seen the days here and there. Breakfast service was almost missing. We ate the leftovers at 9:00

Nice, quiet Hotel not far from the Autobahn A3 (Valencia-Madrid)Great restaurant, very clean, great room interior.Individual air conditioning in every room and windows with shutters.

I was absolutely satisfied.

The restaurant food was exceptional. It’s expensive but worth it.

No hot water at 7pm for a shower before dinner. The soap dispensers are terrible, you cannot get any soap out of them, they are designed so you have to squeeze them, an impossible task & very frustrating.

The bar looked nice and the beer was nice and cold

The location in a backstreet did not promise much good. The room was VERY small although (I think) recently renovated with a double bed of 130 cm wide to small forc2 adults. Also it was very noisy. The restaurant served good food but the prices were too high for the quality. Also the waiter did hardly speak English.

Great location ( as we were attending a family wedding in Alborache over the weekend). Walked in to town in the evening and became part of a fiesta going on within the town; great experience to see entire families in all their finery. Great restaurant within the hotel

Cost and friendliness

Little bits needed attention - no remote control for tv , towels had holes in , shower door came off

Lovely hotel. Great sized room and fantastic large terrace (room 201). Good aircon and cleaned daily. Very friendly staff. Particularly Veronica the cleaner who had a lovely chat every day Great to have more of an authentic Spanish experience and was an ideal base to explore the surrounding areas. Fab bar and restraunt too with great food.Also great value for money. Easy 20min drive from Valencia airport and 25 mins into Valencia City and all the surrounding attractions/beaches. I was a solo traveller and felt really safe at all times.

My room was clean and well lit. The bathroom was adequate but the shower unit was aged. The bar was pleasant and the staff helpful. Smoking was allowed outside. The accommodation price was very reasonable. The wall decorations and pictures were very good.

I did not like the price - very expensive food. There was no Menu and had to rely on the waiter. The food was meagre, some bits were tasty but overall nothing to recommend eating here. Don't buy the wine the cheapest is 17 euros a bottle. My bill for 2 people dining for 3 nights was 283 euros excluding the wine. My bill was not itemised. I got only a Statement showing just the total of each night.

Very loud rooms, no soundproofing whatsoever. I was woken up multiple times during my stay by other guests, staff and cleaners talking in the corridor and entering and exiting other rooms.I was also awoken by cleaners coming into my room in the morning as there was no “Do not disturb” sign that I could put on the door. It’s not the cleaners fault as there’s no way to notify the cleaners that you don’t want to be disturbed and that the room is occupied.
