Convenient

Room was very warm lowering thermostat did nothing, couldn't open doors or windows because of mosquitoes

Basic level hotel, perfect positioning, good breakfast…

Television offered only couple channels … didn’t matter to me.

The accommodation is clean and comfortable. The location is the best and the breakfast was good.

Nothing negative to say, but a drying cabinet in the apartment would be useful when playing sports.

The location is great, just few steps from the main chairlift. Room was quite big.

The room was cold and even setting the heating at max the did not get warmer.Breakfast was fair but not great, could be improved.

Location excellent. Spacious and quiet room. I also liked breakfast, threre was everything I needed even the venue wasn’t cosiest one.

Sauna in the apartment did not heat well. It felt in the sauna that it wasn’t clean, the smell wasn’t fresh. Only one (at the reception) of the staff greeted us.

The balcony was obviously for smoking, the smell was horrible for a non-smoker

The room was spacious enough and had a cosy feel , the heating was warm which is what you need whn its cold outside.

The wifi didnt work in the rooms so you had to go dowstairs to the bar to get a decent reception , there was no kettles in the room so again you had to go downstirs to make a drink in a communal area.the Sofa bed wasnt made up so you are told just to do this yourself when you get there.No watrm breakfast for english people really.

Absolutely perfect location, clean and modern facilities and thanks to the Zone bar long opening hours for check-in.

Ski storage would be handy. Now, you had to carry the skies to the balcony which was somewhat cumbersome.

Huge room with 4 beds, tabe, chairs, sofa. Everything was clean. Sauna in bathroom, central location, quiet. Was ok for 1 night.

No cold water of shower after sauna. Room locatef on level of backstreet. Everyone outside was able to look into room. Windows coild nit be opened. Furniture slightly worn. Breakfast ok, but nothing special.

Hotel Arctic Zone was perfect! The personal was friendly and always ready to help us with any problem. Since it is located right in the center it was easy to reach any facility in Ruka. We recommend it to everyone how is looking for a nice and peacful place to stay in!

Exellent location - close to a number of national parks. Big and comfortable room with balcony.

Room service performed only at additional cost - no matter how long you stay. Shower cabin is not attached to the floor and water is flowing out. Breakfast was not tasty. No kettle or coffee machine in the room.

The hotel has a lounge where you can prepare your food (microwawe and a kettle). Included breakfast (buffet).The linin and towels are included in the price.Spectacular view from the window.

No sauna

Great room for the price, nice clean hotel with modern upkeep. Staff was great, especially the restaurant staff after hours when help was needed. Nothing bad to say other than breakfast and parking situation.

Breakfast was terrible. First day was slightly better as the next day they had stripped the buffet of a few items. Most items that were available had cleary sat out for a while, and there was nothing hot besides porridge. Also no parking available for guests.

Quiet, big, clean room!

The rooms are spacious and clean. There is no cleaning during the stay. Peaceful and quiet room (to the courtyard). My request for an earlier room and a late check out was successful, thank you, it added a lot of value to my weekend vacation. Location in the middle of the village.

Breakfast is very simple. Breads was dried out!!! No local products available. High price-quality for outsiders not staying. Nothing has changed in 4 years.
