I woul like more activities for teenager

Made for kids!! It was a kids centered property and we loved it. We loved that the pools were heated too and the convenience of the store. Food was great! Particularly dinner.

The place was amazing but again, made for kids! If that is not your priority I wouldn’t go here.

Comfortable resort to go with kids, with easy access to the beach, and everything designed for children. Very nice and helpful staff.

The property feels overpriced for what it offers. The facilities and rooms are in need of a serious refresh, and the food would benefit from significant improvement. Overall, it doesn’t quite meet the standards of a 5-star hotel.

The resort was beautiful, safe, staff was extremely kind and helpful and perfect for a family vacation.

Fab facility- we travelled with our 4 and 2 year old. Highlight was the staff in the restaurant - so accommodating in all aspects.

Everything was excellent especially the staff who couldn’t have been more helpful. Will be back next year!

A little bit too busy at breakfast. Could be maybe an additional breakfast room to cope with the amount of families staying.

highlights were the crèche and the fact all restaurants have baby food menu. the staff was absolutely lovely with kids, the food great in restaurants (except disappointing french fries at Dunes) and the view beautiful. The only down was the price of the restaurants.

Great location, nice view from the bay house that was nicely decorated. We stayed in February where it was less crowded and a good price. We stayed with 3 big teenagers, and as the facilities are designed for families with small children, it was ideal for us to stay in the quiet off season. We chose it for the location by the sea, the apartment and the heated pool area, which all was really nice! Also close to nice surfing beaches by car. Great staff that helped us as we had issues with a rental car. Also brought a birthday cake to the house on our son’s birthday- nice gesture?

The second bedroom in the bay house a bit on the small side for 3 big teenagers, but not a big issue.

Location is beautiful. Facilities had many choices of activities. Service was excellent. And accommodation was very comfortable and clean.

Everything was arranged very cozy and comfortable for a holiday with children (3 and 7 years old). You can always find something to do with children without leaving the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, offers many activities for children - heated pool, mini golf, games room. Everything is of a very high standard. The view from the room is beautiful!

Room maintenance - there were small things that didn't work. Maybe they're not that common in all rooms. In the room we got, there was a slightly uncomfortable shower faucet, a crack in the kitchen marble, and we didn't have hot water for the last 24 hours. Small things.

View, amenities, location, services, gifts for the little son, nightly welcome package at check in. We would love to come back in the future.

Weak wifi. You can survive on data, but it could be fixed. But it's nothing that would deter me from staying in the future.

Paradise for kids and relaxing for parents. Beautiful resort which is well kept.

Service in general was excellent. Service at one of the restaurants was disappointing.

the resort is amazing with all the facilities you may need, especially with small kids! We visited in winter but definitely need to come back in Summer :) Location on the beach and very close to the cisty center is great. Staff was very nice with us and our kid.

house was quite cold, unless the air con was on the all time. Breakfast was nice but not worth the money, defintely too expensive as you can have a very nice breakfast in Sagres for 1/3 of the price. TV was not working in our room, it only worked the first day.

Amazingly quiet, there's everything you need, staff is super friendly and helpful.

The kids space is only without parents- our daughter didn't feel like leaving us so we had to give up the opportunity of having her play in a nice space and there weren't that many other children -specific activities to do with her in the resort.

Excellent amenities. Loads of options to keep your kids busy and happy. Private beach access. Huge property with many options to unwind. Multiple pools including two heated indoor and outdoor one. Overall an excellent place to relax and rejuvenate.

Some of the amenities and parts of the room were a bit dated and may need an upgrade soon.

This is a great place for a vacation with kids. A lot of facilities to keep them busy all day long. The resort also has 2 nice restaurants (out of three) and an impressive range of sport activities for adults.

One of three restaurants, Os Gambozinos, serves food that is of low quality and is unbelievably overpriced. Their pizzas are ok though. Also, there are 2 other restaurants you can go to instead.

Villas are very spacious and contain all necessary things you need, including grill on the terrace, they also have marvelous view on the beachHotel has various activities for kids on different ages

Poor hairdryers in the indoor pool, takes you ages to dry your hair
