Very good mattress. Nice balcony. Light airy cheerful room. Centrally located.

Shower stall doors didn't close tightly so water leaked out onto the floor.

Room was nice, good balcony with a hammock chair. Recently renovated so bathroom and amenities were all nice and modern, and well laid-out.

Drinking water has chemical taste.

Excellent location! It is centally located. Everything in town is walkable. The room was clean and comfortable. The young lady at the front desk was friendly and very helpful with local suggestions.

It would be great to have a coffee maker in the room.

We were in Sagres July 12 - 16. Wish we stayed longer. The location is the best part. Really close to the beach, next to the supermarket and restaurants. Having supermarket next to your hotel is great. I think we tried all the cheeses from it and candies. The hotel staff was really nice. We had a premium room for 2 days and the view was astonishing. Small things that I really enjoyed - the hotel interior design. If was really comfy and cute. Rooms are good size, have a window and a small balcony (the premium one has a walkout patio with lounge chairs). Also, they had teas in the lobby and muscatel wine, fruit and cookies. Outside was a sitting area and you could enjoy evenings sitting out and having a drink or just chatting with family/friends. The walk to the restaurants was maybe 3 minutes (in direction to the supermarket). There was one we really enjoyed - on the rooftop. They had really great hamburgers and strawberry matcha. The view from the top was gorgeous and staff was really friendly. Also, one of the restaurants had a live music and karaoke (every Thursday, if I remember correctly). We had a car, so we also took a ride along the coast. It was nice trip to view all the landscape around and go to a secluded beach. Just want to mention - drive to the town goes through some rough parts and at first we thought that town was a dump. Not the best first impression. But area around the hotel is great. And a last note: bring warm clothes, the evening may be really cool due to the wind from the north.

Since it is 2025, would be nice to install USB charging outlets in rooms, so you would not need to bring adapters. Also, was not sure if water in the room was complimentary or you had to pay. We just enjoyed the water from the lobby.

Great location. Within walking distance of town and beaches. Functional kitchen and comfortable apartment. Free parking across the street from accommodation.

We loved our stay at Casa Azul! The rooms were very clean, bright and spacious with cozy design and everything you need for a short stay. Our room also had a cute small balcony. There are snacks, coffee and tea available for guests on the first floor as a nice additional touch. Location is perfect, too. Will definitely stay here next time in Sagres!

The large, comfortable room and bathroom; great breakfast with good choice of fresh fruit. The front of the hotel was very well maintained and very welcoming. We were able to park opposite the hotel, otherwise there is a free car very close by. I would like to thank Catherine, who was on reception when we arrived. A lady who was very friendly, polite, helpful, and made us feel welcome.

The bed was firmer than we prefer,but that's just us and not a complaint!!

The online check-in is a little tedious and confusing.

Great apartment and location. Poor entry procedures

The online form that you are required to fill in in order to gain the access code to the property was flawed, time consuming and supplied without sufficient notice.To input dates for your Passport start and expiry, plus birthdate, you had to use the calendar on the form, but when you try and send the completed form, it doesn’t accept the format of the dates that the form itself supplies. You are only required by law to supply passport details, but the form asks for a huge amount of other details, including phone number, email,address etc.We were only given this form about a day before arrival and were told categorically that we wouldn’t gain access to the property unless the form was fully completed and returned. As we were hiking all day, this gave us very little time. This form needs addressing

Nice big room.

The email with the entry code did not arrive and I therefore had to phone the property, only to find that the reception was staffed anyway. This directly contradicted the information that I had received from the property via email. All rather confusing.

great location

there was an awful smell coming from the restroom that got progressively worse during our stay. They sent housekeeping over quickly when we complained and it was better. But soon started smelling again. Also, the outdoor space was less comfortable and usable than it seemed in the photos. And we realized after being there 2 nights, that one of the sliding doors to the back porch was left open! It was behind a curtain and we didn't open the door so we didn't notice it.
