Garnì Astoria Hotel & SPA

Lovely location, very nice decor , close to a fabulous restaurant over the road ‘osteria’ , the room on the second floor !

First night ground floor room , we heard everything in the room above , chairs moving , people talking , toilets flushing ( and worse) added to that grinding and bashing on roof repairs, we moved upstairs !

Clean comfortable room. Nice appearance inside and out. Friendly staff.

Spa was not operating.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed their homemade breakfast with espressos and cappuccinos.Liked pretty furnitures and interior.Good housekeeping and cleanness.

There was once shower water was not hot enough but other 7days were fine.

Needed extra pillows but was only given 1 which was full of lumps.

Dog belonging to close neighbour barked incessantly for more than four hours on each of two nights of our four night stay, resulting in loss of sleep for us. I could not recommend this hotel to anybody who values a good night’s sleep.

Breakfast was very sweet delicious but I don't eat sweets. At least one item not sweet would be great! But it looked delicious!

The Hotel is close to the slopes and offers free parking just outside the hotel's door

The reception is closed from 10pmAll the rooms are very noisy, with very poor soundproofing (and dogs barks in the night because of animals)Moreover rooms were cold because the heaters only worked when in the room (someone getting back from skiing would want to find a warm place)The breakfast was continental but with minimal choice of savoury food and no fresh food at all (everything was industrial)The minibar in the room was empty, and no water was offered in the roomThe spa is not really a spa. It's just a jacuzzi, a shower, and a cold Turkish bath (the price was not worth the experience)

The elevator didn't work, the bed was not comfortable and was given only one key.
