- Staff is friendly even during a Christmas Eve blizzard with lots of pandemonium! The hotel is conveniently located near the lifts and ski school. It is not quite ski in / ski out, but it is close. The rate on my room was very competitive and is the reason I reserved on a whim. The host is very communicative and available providing details on how to check in and out (pay attention, it is a bit tricky if you don't!).

- The water was sufficiently warm, and the pressure was good on the detachable handle, but there is a fairly small water tank. I would advise using the rain style shower head for anything longer than a few minutes and certainly do not use the handheld head while warming up the water in the line.
