It had everything we needed for a great stay. The rooms are basic but we didn't need anything more. The rooms were warm and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were all lovely and the service at dinner was great too. Plenty of food and other options off the menu for fussy children. They were very accommodating. The hotel was a 10 minute drive to the slopes so perfect for us. If you want to be nearer the town and therefore have more to do in the evenings then you should book a much more expensive hotel. For us this was perfect and great value for money. We are there to ski, eat, sleep and feel welcomed and we had this in abundance! Thank you ?

We could hear a little noise from the corridors from other guests passing by but from 2300 it was all quiet and we slept well.

Very modern and spacious room on the 3rd floor and super good location, 10mins from Aremogna and 5mins from Roccaraso city Centre

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, pillows too but overall good experience.

Great location for snow trips. Close to the nearby town and all the fun places. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. Great view of the mountains.

Location, views, space, good breakfast. Helpful staff when, due to an emergency we had to leave early and get some of our stay refunded.

Good location in close proximity to the city. The hotel has its own large free parking lot. Dinner and breakfast were plentiful and very tasty.

None of the staff, even at the reception, spoke English and we had to use an online translator to communicate.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcomed us with fresh juice and espresso upon arrival. The breakfast and dinner which we had at the hotel were good quality and good portions. The staff was very friendly with our 3-year-old son. The location is excellent, as you can walk into Roccaraso or drive 5-10 minutes to any neighboring towns easily. They also gave us a bottle of wine as a parting gift during checkout.

Overall, the hotel is a bit dated. The pictures you see are what you will get - pretty simple rooms with beds, a small desk, a TV, and not much else. The main issue is that the beds are pretty old, and we found them to be of pretty poor quality. In the hotel itself, there is not a ton to do - a long walk around the property and table tennis are about it. One of the evenings, we could easily hear people in the hallway until after midnight.

The structure definitely need to be refreshed.No control of the temperature in the room.Located right on the mainroad (not much traffic) beside a fuel pump.
