Agrinho Suites & Spa Gerês

Beautiful facilities with an amazing view. Lovely helpful staff who provided excellent recommendations for the area. Property was well- maintained with stunning viewpoints and lake access. The breakfast was wonderful. Would stay here again.

Agrinho Suites and Spa was centrally located for us making it easy to access Geres and hiking trails.

It was in a beautiful location and had great views. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We took some great hikes in the area that Nelson recommended. The food was outstanding.

Amazing view, lovely facility. Staff is super helpful. Value for money 10/10.It is important to mention that unlike other secluded hotels , the food on the restaurant is delicious and has fair prices

Just note that it takes about 10 minutes by foot to get to the river (but thanks to this distance, the view is so beautiful, so it's worth it)

Amazing location, breathtaking views from every part of the hotel. Nice pool area, access to the lake with kayaks you can use. Clean rooms.

The food quality simply does not match the quality of the hotel. The breakfast was so-so, industrial coffee, jams and juices, cold eggs, limited selection.We did not order dinner due to the breakfast quality and the expensive prices. Note that the roads nearby are steep and narrow and unpleasant at night, so filling out for dinner can be a challenge. In addition, our mini fridge did not work so we couldn’t keep any food we brought with us. Also minor downsides - there is no smart TV and TV is not in front of the bed.

The only comment is that for the price and SPA facility the room should have a kettle and tea set, also they could add body lotion or hair conditioner for the bathroom equipment

Amazing location and views. Quiet, beautiful and peaceful. Indoor heated pool. The staff was amazing and they took care of all our needs.Good breakfast.

The dinner at the restaurant was average at best.

The view is fantastic. The heated indoor pool — which has some jacuzzi-like water jets and a waterfall — was a perfect complement to the beautiful outdoor pool (a little too cold). The dinner was excellent, in a very intimate environment.

Everything was great but take into consideration that the hotel was quite empty. Curious to see how the high season impacts the experience.

Amazing landscape and fantastic arquitecture .

The food in the restaurant and for breakfast could be a lot better.

This is an excellent hotel with everything you need. The room was nice and clean, we loved the shower, the breakfast - there is nothing missing. The staff has also been very helpful and friendly. Bonus: the hotel has a huge yard, where you can take a stroll all the way to the lake.We dined at the hotel's restaurant every night and the food was very good. We also used the sauna which was a real treat after the long hikes.

I think just the fact that our room was on the ground floor and we had to keep the curtains drawn to avoid other people looking inside.

The staff, despite their youth, was extremely professional and very welcoming. The site is beautiful, and the facilities well maintained. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every minute.

The food was a bit more mixed. Breakfast was fine, and we had dinner on site all three nights. Some of the dishes were superb, some were disappointing given the taste and value. On the way out, the manager brought it up with us, and they were aware and trying to improve so I have every confidence they will sort out out. I was very impressed with the attitude and candor.

The room is very comfortable. The space is incredibly well maintained and in harmony with nature. The pool is very nice. It’s even better than what we see in the pictures.

Nothing to say

The room was very good and spacious. The nature around it was very good.We also enjoyed our massages.

You could hear very easily the other guests. The restaurant was not great. You had to walk outside to the pool inside in the winter it was cold.

Quite and neat location, at the very entrance to nature park

No basic kitchen facilities in the room (no kettle, no glasses)

Location was quite remote but not a problem if you have a car plus we wanted to stay somewhere remote. Views from the hotel were amazing overlooking the lake. We were not keen on the first room as the windows were small and room looked quite sterile. We moved to one overlooking the pool which was a nice room, a little bigger and had a floor to ceiling window. Breakfast was good, nice selection, they cooked eggs to order too. Had the roast goat for dinner which we enjoyed. Staff were brilliant, helpful & accommodating. Will definitely stay here again but maybe will at a different bigger room as we like space. We enjoyed the indoor pool.

Not much around the area & not much to do other than hiking but very serene and peaceful.

Wonderful place in the nature and the staff is just exceptional. They are incredibly friendly and helpful and the food is simply amazing.
