- Lovely hotel, large with a big restaurant and lovely terrace with stunning views. We had a room at the back of the property with the same stunning views from the balcony, where we sat most evenings. Our suite was wonderful, large with a lovely seating area, lovely bathroom and a comfortable large bed. The kitchenette was adequate but a little small. The breakfast in the morning was very good and was served each morning by the lovely smiling waiter Manu; we sat out on the terrace most mornings and nothing was too much trouble for him, There was fresh meats, cheeses, buns, jams and scrambled, boiled or frieds eggs and bacon, plus a large selection of coffees, lattes etc and fresh fruit juice.
- Very nice and cosy hotel. We had the spacious appartement for a family of 4 and it was really good. Cosy Bayern decorations, nice balcony and good size rooms. Breakfast is 100%!!!!
Cons -
- I didn't like the staff's lack of interest in offering something extra. At dinner they never once came to ask if we needed anything or if we wanted to order something else. They strictly watched the time when their shift was over...I would have imagined the pro-customer approach differently.
- Poor wifi and a little out of the way of Reit im Winkl.
- Nothing to complain about. If I had to be picky, breakfast at 8 is a little too late for a stay in the mountains. :)

The room was very spacious with great view from the balcony. The place is quiet, breakfast was rich and tasty. Staff was friendly and we were overall really satisfied.

Everything was perfect. The room was big, clean, we had everything we wanted. The breakfast was very good and we got more stuff when we asked for. We got a free parking spot and we were allowed to take the dog.
