- Matteres better to be changed, carpet to be replaced by wooden floor. We also paid for city bus, though it was included into stay, so it worth mentioning it during chek in
- Very poor disabled access, great fun carrying a wheelchair up and down stairs, and NO handrail on some of the stairs We were moved to the hotel sonnentin , but still very bad disable access

Very nice hotel in a traditional Bavarian style, located 10 minutes by foot from the center. The breakfast was exceptional, the staff was very nice and the rooms were clean.

We used this location as a base for visiting Konigsee and Chiemsee.It is a quiet little town.Breakfast was nice with a good variety and was located in a different building than we were staying in.

Good breakfast, restaurant (a short walk away at Villa Mittermaier) was also very good, with friendly staff. My daughter loved the separate "kids" bedroom.

The location and the food were amazing! A lot of variety and super easy to commute around the city and the skii partk
The dinner timings were not super clear. We almost missed one day and the staff was not happy about it. The waitress was a bit rude and didn't want to serve us the dinner even though we made an honest mistake and didn't know the restaurant closed at 8pm. Other than that the food was amazing!
