Breakfast was poor. Some tired old parts of the hotel, recent room decor upgrade lacking attention to detail.

Lovely room and friendly helpful staff.

It was a shame that there was no clothes iron in the room.

The room, shower and bed were excellent. The staff were superb and the breakfast was very good.

The quality of the food in the restaurant, in the evening, wasn't very good.

Rude staff on breakfast

I didn't like the place on breakfast because it was obligatory to eat the breakfast where the personel tells you to eat and there was not outside place to eat the brekfast. There was no indication to tell to the guests that was forbidden to eat outside and the staff wasn't polite with us, for this we didn't continue our breakfast and live the hotel. They obligated us to go inside even we were eating. The room was clean and has space on ti.

Good size room, very clean and very comfortable bed and the choice of food at breakfast time was excellent.

The service was extremely friendly. The room was much nicer than I expected. The breakfast was incredible. I received a lot more than I thought from this location.

Not necessarily "NOVOTEL level".Location only acceptable for those traveling by car, as there is (almost) no infrastructure within walking distance. (Once you have found a parking space on site, you won't give it up lightly in the evening.)

The hotel felt old but the rooms were newly renovated so they were comfortable. The location is good to visit the royal castle and La Reggia outlets if you have a car. It’s beside 3 supermarkets so it was easy to get supplies.

Hotel lobby felt old. The other surrounding areas felt a bit unsafe/scary.

Excellent all around, especially the restaurant staff who served us Easter lunch although we were late.

The people were very welcoming, polite and always smiling.There was a small but cute play area for kids, where my son played while waiting for the checkout/check-in, which o found convenient.The reception gave my son a small cute drawing set, as a welcoming gift and he was surprised by it.The restaurant has good quality food even if it is a slight expensive.Nice and full of choices breakfast ??Overall a very nice experience, which brings me to suggest this hotel.

restaurant and lobby need renovation, the room I stay was the superior renovated but standard rooms are very old. The quality of renovated room is also to be improved from choice of materials and quality of installation. Power sockets unstable, paint is the bathroom get wet after shower looking very non hygienic.Management should inspect rooms periodically.

Good location for visiting nearby attractions and family. Pleasant staff. Comfortable room.

Elevators are too small. We had to wait awhile for the elevator especially when we had our luggage.

The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. Good breakfast.

The room was very comfortable and modern.Liked the pool, all though wasn't always open when it was supposed to be.

On one day the pool was closed hours after it should have been open and front desk took forever to open when I asked politely.The location is too far from everything and the busy rd is hard to cross outside hotel.Taxis too expensive to the airport so I took bus.

The view from the room was of an abandened waste land, however we arrived late in the evening and the curtains were drawn so that wasn't a problem. We were staying there for one night and we left after breakfast, so it didn't really bother me

The pool was a bonus, the room was clean and staff were polite.

Location wasn’t great, room finishes such as the paint job were poorly completed, light fixtures were also missing. General facade of building is tired, rubbish was evident around property and overall the outside/inside appearance of the building is not what I would expect from 4 star rating.

The hotel itself is fresh and clean. The location is next to a big road and out in a industrial area, not very cozy but easy to get there by car. The parking was included in our price.
