Sana Sesimbra Hotel

The location, and the suites were amazing. The sea breezes in and out through all windows. Hearing the surf break was heaven.

No air conditioning which it was a bit hot inside without all the windows and doors open, with the correct breeze.

Great location, one of the best in town.

The pool, which is the hotel’s main attraction, especially in Winter was not functioning properly. The roof had been removed, leaving it fully exposed to the cold winds, and in practice it was not usable. A message sent by the hotel in advance feels, in hindsight, like a disclaimer rather than a real clear explanation - it did not accurately reflect the real condition of the pool. As a family, we would definitely have chosen a different hotel if we had understood the situation in advance, as we cam with kids especially for that. Jacuzzi was ok, but also jets did not work. So bottom line, quite a bummer.

Swimming pool was 0.8m deep the whole way, bit tired. Room was very small for 3 people. Car parking was expensive

Would have been nice to give instructions on parking before we arrived. Very confusing to figure out the parking garage.

The rooms were a little dated, but still very comfortable.

Only one lift was working out of 2 so end up waiting a lot, not good noise isolation from the other room

Highly recommend this hotel in Sesimbra. Great value for money, excellent location, amazing breakfast, good size room, very clean, friendly and helpful staff, fabulous views from the rooftop

Parking was €20 a night which we realized after reading the reviews. There are no other long-term parking options around the area and those that accommodate overnight are more expensive so while the hotel is cheaper, it feels expensive when you’re a paying guest

Parking garage. Two day stay, went to play golf, came back to a full garage. Reason for my stay here was two fold, location and garage. It failed on not giving priority to two night guest. Thanks

The staff. Very polite and nice.

The hotel is very old. Everything is in bad condition. The areas, decoration, equipment, furniture. All very old. The breakfast is not good. Bad presentation, ugly salon.

Needs some maintenance. There is rust on the letters on the roof. The pool has drain grids that are broken and some other stuff. Does not matter that much for your stay but still.. Time to do some maintenance.

Location and balcony

- Pool was closed (this was the primary reason for choosing this hotel)- Room fridge was unpluged from main. When request a fix, the employee stated that was working and it was the normal temperature for frigobar... after employee leave, I just move the furniture around and plug it in.- Room carpete had stains.

Nice location, must be lovely during the summer. Good breakfast included. Parking both garage and street options are available.

Dated property, smelly in the rooms - had to wide open the window. Very dated bathrooms - lack of water pressure in the shower.

The staff is very friendly, the food (breakfast and dinner) is amazing and the pool is just at the right temperature. The room is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The view from the room and from the pool are very pleasant. It was February and the hotel was very quiet.

The room's window was not closing properly, so a lot of noise from the outside was heard inside the room. The pool area is looking a bit shabby. They start cleaning and vacuuming adjacent rooms before 9AM. Hotel parking is way too expensive, especially considering that it's hard to get free parking close to the hotel. TV did not support Netflix or any other streaming services and there wasn't a way of connecting the PC to the TV.

Perfect location on the water. Really lovely hotel staff at the front desk, restaurant & bar and excellent housekeeping.

Parking wasn’t suitable for SUV’s, if necessary to park in -2
