Hotel Ajax

Free parking , not far from the airport, free tea near the reception.

Despite the cold temperatures outside, we were given a room with no air conditioning and poor ventilation. The room had no windows, only two small ones at the very high ceiling!!!! that couldn't be opened. When we asked the guy in the reception for help, he said there was nothing he could do.The reception is been closed at 23:00.

Far from city center,but accessible,bus is available till 11 pm,it’s good to try it it’s on highway

I tried to contact them to change my reservation. I also tried Booking.com customer service several times. They are both 0 out of 10. Hotel reception said "We do not speak Englash cannot help". Booking barely speaks English at a call center or chat and just offers pre prepared lines of condolences and zero help. Refused to call the property. Basically, they kept all my money and because of delays getting out of Ukraine I simply needed the next night. The hotel responded to messages 3 days later asking which day, and I would have to pay again. Totally unhelpful. Go with Expedia they actually resolve issues when they happen. And avoid Ajax.

Poor breakfast. Room nr 5 without window (roof only). During rain weather should be close. TV not working.

The room was full of smoke. It's good that the administrator gave another room. There is an electric kettle for water in the room, but no cups, only a paper cup.

Free parking. Was close to a large shopping centre. Room size of the family room we booked was good.

Room was more like a private room in a hostel than a hotel room. My wife didn't feel overly relaxed in the room so would not have wanted to stay alone.

Opening window was complicated. It was absolutely necessary at hot time.

The hotel and the room are clean and cozy. All the facilities are working.

Everything is good. But the street name is a bit confusing because there are some streets with this name in Warsaw.

First of all, the bed was ancient and very uncomfortable. We wanted a double bed, but there was a single duvet and the pillows were not of sufficient comfort and quality. We had to find a solution for the pillows ourselves. Communication was also terrible, we sent messages many times, but no response from anyone. We are generally in favor of supporting small businesses, but this experience was completely disappointing.

I did not like the place in any way it was written that there was a TV that was the size of an iPad and that there was air conditioning in the room it was a small fan next to the bed that did not work at all. The staff does not speak English, the place is really unpleasant for hospitality, does not recommend in any way.

Exceptional

They did not tell me about breakfast. They charged me for coffee in the moning. And next day i found out that there is a whole breakfast for free.

Never stay here.
