Jacuzzi in the pool area. Spacious room. Great breakfast with good selection of salads, eggs, fruits, pastries (crepes!). No real juice tho! A short drive away from the national park (and right next to the main road). We couldn't hear the road from the room, very quiet. Varied menus for dinner.

No real juice for breakfast!! The pool is indoors but not heated, so it was really cold and basically unusable. Bed sheets somewhat rough. Double bed had single mattress but separated duvets.

Great location for a day at the falls. Nice clean, newly decorated rooms with lots of space.

It’s absolutely not 4 stars hotel. No shampoo and conditioner, cream. Bad mattress and furniture

Sauna

Great amenities such as pool, gym, bar, and restaurant. Very nice staff and newer rooms and furniture.

Dinner was fantastic. Great service. Buffet was good, but staff could have kept chafing dishes, utensils, and coffee area cleaner. Shower was good but the gasket between glass and tub was missing so we drenched the floor. Little maintenance issues we noticed such as door to bathroom in room 111 doesn't close. Minor things, but a great price and value overall.

the hotel is modern one.Elena from reception was very kind and helpfull. the spa was o.k.

I have a feeling that since we were few guests at hotel they turn off the hot water boiller, and even i complained twice it didn't help so i had a cold sower. Also for breakfast, i've been told that since we'r few, there is'nt buffet and i got directly from the kitchen few things to eat.very disappointing and Infuriating.last thing i'm not recomand dinner, the rate is low.

Close to the park and tree have parking …

they gave us a very spacious room with a nice view! it's one of the good hotels in the area with an elevator

their shampoo and soap were the same thing and they didn't have conditioner. slippers were very thin as well so better to bring your own next time. food in the restaurant could be better as well.

The establishment is pretty basic, as expected. It was quiet due to the Winter season. Booked the place mainly to visit Plitvice lakes.

Don't bother trying the restaurant, I did not enjoy it at all, amongst all other foods ate in Croatia. Location is not the best unless you have a car to drive out for meals. There is a supermarket about 7 mins walk away but you'll have to walk on the highway.

The room was big and clean. The stuff was very friendly.

We had problem with hot water 2 days in a row.

Food was great, we had breakfast, dinner and an ad-hoc pizza. Don't recommend the steak though. Sauna was solid, pool too, we didn't use jacuzzi as it was late and it could use some cleaning.

Wi-Fi was a bit unstable but as I wasn't working during this trip I didn't mind it. Everything else was great

The breakfast was excellent, good variety of items hot and cold. The location was easy to find, on the main road just outside the Park

Хотелот е одличен, собата средена и нуди услови за целосно опуштање и релаксација. Затворениот базен, џакузито и сауната се одлични, а се вклучени во цената која ја плаќа гостинот за престојувањето. Вработените се доста фини, културни и услужливи, како на рецепција, така и келнерите, односно келнерките. Ивана е одлична келнерка, трпелива, услужлива, умерена и доста пријателски настроена. Храната не е врвна, но е во ред. Топло го препорачувам хотелот.

The location to Plitvice Lake, the indoor pool and sauna although small, and good breakfast.

The air conditioning was old and fan did not work for 1 night. Opening the window leads to noise from rain and vehicles outside. The interior of room is ageing.

Comfortable bed. Good baby bed. Friendly team. Modern and chic suits. Nice wellness space with small pool, jacuzzi and small sauna room

The hygiene was not the best especially the next day when the room service came to clean the bathroom they left unclean. The rooms stink from humidity. The rooms’ furniture are cheaply made

It was a very welcome stay after a harrowing drive from Rovinj. The single lane road was hair raising. From the Zagreb end.

Very helpful staff, especially Elena. Communication from booking to departure from hotel has been first class. Spa, pool and sauna were great.

Perfect location for a visit to the Plitvice lakes. Rooms are big, bed is comfortable. Breakfast is alright, not very extensive. Staff is very kind!

The location is great, we hiked a lot in the neighborhood. The room is spacious and has lovely design. The hotel has a great potential for providing a perfect experience.

The floor was sticky, and the carpet wasn’t as clean as we expected, making it uncomfortable to walk on. While the bed was large and comfortable, the fitted sheet was too small for the mattress and kept coming off the edges, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the bed had two small and thin blankets that didn’t quite provide the warmth needed for a comfortable night’s sleep.We stayed in a family room for two nights. On the first night, we experienced an issue with the hot water. I tried to call the reception, but unfortunately, the phone in our room wasn’t working, so I had to go down to the reception to report the problem. The staff informed me that they were aware of the issue and that it would be resolved within 15 minutes. However, it wasn’t fixed by the time we went to bed. The phone also remained out of service for the duration of our stay.The Wi-Fi connection was very weak, which made it difficult to plan our activities and keep our daughter entertained, as the TV, which relies on the same connection, wasn’t functioning properly.

Close to Plitvice Lakes. Better than expected. Very clean, new and nice rooms.
