Black mold under shower. We talked to the staff about it, it was fixed quickly but only partially. Small inconvenience but for this price you can expect everything to be perfect.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! ✨ The service was exceptional from the very first moment, the staff incredibly kind and attentive. Beautiful design, relaxing atmosphere, and cozy rooms with the most comfortable beds and soft linens. Amazing heated pool, saunas, gym, and even a cold plunge! Breakfast was delicious with both buffet and à la carte options. Everything was simply perfect – I can’t wait to come back! ?

Our room was definitely OK for one person but very small for two people. Very little space to hang clothes. Not a mirror where it’s supposed to be. Instead of that theee were products like some snacks spread around which you wouldn’t know that they were charging. I would rather use that little space for my personal things and would definitely use a mirror there. Very difficult to move around the room.The restaurant was, I think a little bit pricey, and the service was slow The breakfast was looking good, but the taste were so so. The sweets were too sweet and where there should be salt there were only Lidl.

Great design

Hotel was great. Restaurant was not. Limited options on menu, specially dinner menu. Service was extremely slow and unprepared. They were out of some items a few days.

Amazing hotel. Loved the sauna and cold plunge. The pool was amazing. The special BBQ they did was excellent and it was the best sausage Ive ever had.

Absolutely loved stay at Aethos Ericeira! The hotel is stunning! Modern, stylish, and designed with so much attention to detail. The views of the ocean were breathtaking, and everything felt peaceful. The staff were really welcoming. The food and drinks were fantastic too. Perfect spot to relax and unwind. I can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Attentive staff. Although we didn’t eat breakfast it looked excellent. Good views from its position but very windy.

Very difficult to find. Lost 45 minutes driving around Ericeira though hotel is much nearer Sao Luranco.

We loved absolutely everything about Aethos Ericeira!The hotel is located right at the cliff in a remote area and offers absolutely stunning views over the Atlantic ocean and truly spectacular sunsets if the sky is clear.Indoors is very beautifully designed with a lot of lounge area, our room was clean, spacious and comfortable with a big bed and complimentary fruits and snacks as we arrived.The staff of the hotel is very polite, professional and we were treated with nothing but kindness throught our whole stay.Great and delicious breakfast selection and very interesting dinner menu at the ONDA restaurant.On top of everything, the hotel has an outdoor heated pool and a very cute spa area.

Location is a 10/10, lovely design, weather was a bit off so I think it’s magic during summer. Massages were also a 10/10, food at the restaurant was great ? Rooms are well decorated.

This isn’t a 5 star hotel - it should be a 4 star hotel and staff is trained on 3 star level… sone people were great, some people super rude, staff isn’t smiley or helpful or proactive. Found that surprising actually as it isn’t the case usually in Portugal. Some facilities were broken and no clear communication or apologies were offered. Rooms are great but not too much space so you can easily bump yourself to the furniture with sharp edges… not all staff speaks English which is fine but it’s done to no word of English which can add communication issues. To be honest for the location I would stay again but for the price range and the staff I wouldn’t as it doesn’t give you the relax you are looking for in a 5 star location.

If you turn on the light in the toilet, the light in the bathroom will also turn on, which might be disturbing during the night, as the bathroom is separated from the bed by a glass wall.

Very pretty hotel, impressive architectural work, stunning views. The hotel is either small, either good designed, so guests are well distributed within the property and it gives a feeling of privacy. Kitchen chef is very talented, cooks awesome, unfortunately, just the chef…

Facilities: sauna was out of order for 2 last days of our stay, hotel claims that swimming pool is heated all year around, unfortunately, the heating doesn’t make it possible to swim there, water is quite cold. Disappointing as spa was the main reason for our stay. Staff is very mixed, some is friendly and attentive, others - won’t notice you, will stare or respond with „what?“. Rooms: there were no windows in our room, only balcony door, which wasn’t opening upwards, what made stay with the pet quite complex. Also, there is a hotel rule that you aren’t allowed to leave the pet inside of the room alone. Guest have to sign the paper that they accept the rule and are obliged to followed it. You aren’t allowed to visit restaurant, pool and spa zone with your pet. So, you are either locked up in the room with your furry friend, either you have to leave the hotel with it. Both options make a stay in SPA hotel unreasonable. Mini bar menu and room service menu are provided by the QR code which led us to „page not found“ all 5 days of our stay.

The hotel looks really good and stylish. Breakfast was tasty.

The restaurant was fully booked, and the wasn’t any other place to eat. Only room service with extremely awful and overpriced food.

The staff was top tier. Margarita, the server in the dining room always gave us personalized and friendly service. She really did some next level things for us, which were memorable. When we were having cocktails on the balcony she thought we looked cold and she brought us out blankets.

The bed wasn't as good as I think it should be for this level of resort. It felt very hard and not luxurious. That was probably the only negative. Everything else was of very high quality.

So serene, modern/newish decor and great service! A welcome drink when you arrive. Everyone working was very friendly and helpful. Amazing views as you walk around the property. I loved the sauna, cold plunge and steam room for free with an amazing view of the cliffs. The dinner at the restaurant was good as was their breakfast with a nice selection of baked goods, fruits, and fresh preserves. Definitely worth taking 1-2 day trip from Lisbon to see the Silver Coast where the World Surfing Championships take place.

It’s about 45-50 min from Lisbon but easy to get to via highway and Lyft/Uber. No public transport nearby and about 15 min from Ericeira. I wish there was a shuttle from the hotel to take people to Ericeira.
