Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff, great restaurant

Would love the spa to have extended opening hours

It was quiet, the bed was very comfortable. The personnel were very helpful.

The staff throughout the hotel was exceptionally attentive and friendly – from the front desk to the restaurant and the spa team. At breakfast, there were both gluten-free and lactose-free options available, along with a wide selection overall. The staff was incredibly helpful and observant, always ensuring we had everything we needed. The spa treatments were excellent, and while the gym isn’t particularly large, it offers a decent selection including some dumbbells, kettlebells, an incline bench, and a few cardio machines.The view from the rooms is fantastic, and the outdoor pool with its spacious sun deck is a real highlight.

Unfortunately, gardening work was carried out almost every day during our stay. We were there for a total of 7 days and were disturbed by the noise of lawn mowers and hedge trimmers on 5 of them. This made it quite uncomfortable – if not impossible – to relax and enjoy the sun on our private terrace. We do understand that a large and beautifully maintained outdoor area like this requires care, but it’s clear that there is simply not enough manpower for the job, with usually only one or sometimes two workers present. Additionally, the lawn mower used seemed too small for the size of the grounds, resulting in the work stretching over many hours and several days.Another downside was that the rooms are relatively poorly soundproofed. Since our room was the first one at the beginning of the hallway, we were woken up on several nights when other guests were walking to their rooms and chatting enthusiastically.

The perfect design hotel in Portugal - beautiful location and styled to perfection. Friendly and helpful staff. The dinner experience is outstanding.

Wonderful hotel - a great place to escape and relax! Beautifully designed and very comfortable rooms. An excellent menu and really good breakfast (the fruit plate was a highlight!). All the staff were easy going and very helpful, which for us made it all the more relaxing. The massages we had in the spa were exceptional. Thank you! ?

Everything is amazing at Immerso: the location, the atmosphere, the room space, viw and decoration, the staff service. All is done to make you feel privileged to be in such a special space.The restaurant is also delicious!

the secluded location meant you will make use of the amazing pool with ocean view , we spend a full day here and the food is just great, anyhow the town is 15-20 minutes away with many restaurants . definately worth come back to

the reception is often busy but no big deal when you are not rushing , we slowed down when we are here .

Beautiful location - quiet with lovely views especially the sunsets. Comfortable bed and clean room with lovely towels, robes and toiletries. The breakfast was delicious with excellent fresh fruits and a good selection of freshly cooked menu options. The cocktails were good as well as wine options. the menu was delicious. I dined in all 4 nights of my stay and found plenty of choice.all the staff were welcoming, professional and friendly. As a solo traveller I found this especially helpful for relaxing. I sincerely hope I will return one day.

The hotel was lovely- design, location , staff, facilities and food.

Great view and the room is clean. It is on a hill overlooking the sea. The staffs are friendly.

The pool is not heated and is very cold. Very expensive if you dine/drink there. Extra charge for renting the electric bike and car charging. Overall it is not a 5 star hotel and not worth the money. The gym and the sauna are underground and very small.

Didn't honor room upgrade we received with the booking. Weren't offered anything to make up for it.

We really enjoyed our time at Immerso, it was a gorgeous, comfortable few nights. Despite the windy weather we really enjoyed spending time in the pool area and found our room to be lovely and well kept. The staff were a pleasure to interact with. Carolina at the front desk was delightful. We had a dinner at Emme and throughly enjoyed the food and service, with the sommelier taking time to show us various ports to end our meal. Even when we left at 4am the overnight desk person made me a coffee to enjoy before we headed for the airport. We hope to be back!

I stayed in room 104, which is under the restaurant- I could hear all the noise from upstairs from pulling chairs which Wilkes is up till midnight when the staff were cleaning and start again at 6 am when they were back- we didn’t get a good sleep the whole stay

If you offer complimentary tea and coffee in the room - don’t charge your guest 6 euros for fresh milk to have with their coffee!The restaurant is over priced for what it is. Small portions and not that tasty. Restaurants in the local town were nicer.Got charged 5 euros 50 for half a glass of Diet Coke!
