Overall experience was good but with some negative things in the bath room poor lightning and bad maintenance in the shower connection

Excellent location, beautiful ground and public area, easy parking, good breakfast, good pillows.

Room smelled rusty. Bed was hard.

The location of the hotel is great in a very beautiful place!

The queue to the breakfast was huge at 10am - the hotel wasn't ready for such quantity of people and while we were expecting for around 20 minutes in the queue a lot of courses and even coffee machines were finished already and you have either wait for some food the fulfilled again either eat the rest of the dishes you had there filling not so happy to be honest. The elevators expectation was also too long to get downstairs or to your room floor, you have to use the stairs. The pool and sauna area are pretty small to fit all the people who wanted to relax these days.

Food was quite nice. Location is quite beautiful and good.

Some of the staff members were a bit rude. The rooms are quite old fashioned. They're fine but need a bit of a dover. My room had a bit of a mouldy smell.I feel they overcrowded the dinning room for Christmas. It was quite busy and loud. Not very nice.

The hotel felt almost private during our stay in early December, with everything fully operating. Exceptional cleanliness, a perfect fresh scent everywhere, and an impeccably prepared room. Warm, comfortable sleep, and the sound of the ocean outside the window made it even better. Beautiful ocean views and a very relaxing atmosphere.

We were assigned room #410 which is at th very end of a long winding corridor. . but even the receptionist said it was well worth it and in my opinion it was. The room was lovely with an awesome view. Breakfast was amazing with oodles of choices. The bagpipes in the mornings were interesting although for the genuine experience shouldn't he be wearing a kilt?All in all the hotel is in the perfect spot close to everything you could possibly ever want, yet far enough away to offer peace and comfort.

Parking. By the time we arrived ate the hotel there were no available places to park. So, it would be nice to have enough parking. In the end I got a nasty parking ticket.

Excellent location, great big breakfast buffet, evening entertainment in the bar, really helpful staff at check-in gave us recommendations for local restaurants etc. Amazing views.

We were super tired and wished we had listened to the receptionist who gave us recommendations for dinner. Instead, we had dinner in the hotel restaurant but opted for "a la carte" instead of the buffet. They must not get very many requests for a la carte as they didn't have enough menus, forgot our order, left us waiting so long, had to chase. And the food was average at best. Almost every dish we ordered was some kind of heavy cream pasta variation. Terrible coffee at the breakfast buffet. And also very hard to access the beach from the property, the gates were all closed so you have to walk all the way around through reception to get out. Weird dusty smell at the head of the beds in our room so we slept backwards..... Very old decore, the whole place could use a renovation but it was comfortable.

Location! Very close to the center and on the beach.

No parking place available at the hotel! I would also recommend a direct access to the beach from the pool area.

The location and views are incredible. We had an ocean facing balcony and it was amazing!

The rooms could do with modernisation, but the location is amazing. Really nice to have a sea view, the downside is the noise of the waves at night.Breakfast is very good with a very good selection. Sun terrace is sheltered from the wind and peaceful.

Car park is too small for all residents to park.The restaurant was very limited ina n evening and certainly better to eat out.The rooms were dark better lighting would have helped.

Location and balcony rooms. Staff is great.

It’s a group hotel so there are often big tour busses dropping and picking up passengers.

Beautiful view, nice restaurant for dinner and breakfast and gentle servers helping you out with questions. Beautiful view of the beach.

The coffee machines at breakfast are to slow and the coffee prepared in the machines really is not nice.

The location was superbAlthough there was short in parking places The room was clean but standard. The bathroom was simple.But location on the beach was great and gave good value for the money
