Pros +
- The rooms are fine, and everything is clean
- Hotel in the middle of the village. We were walking a camino and hotel is located right on the trail next to two bar/restaurants. Perfect for our requirements.
- We arrived early a the staff opened the hotel so we could leave our luggage in storage. Very much appreciated. An excellent location for anyone walking the Camino Mozarabe
Cons -
- This was the noisiest place I ever stayed in 52 years. The neighbors didnt give a shit, even after complaining/yelling/my kids crying, the walls are paperthin, the dump truck comes every day at 6 to empty the dumpsters, the shower next door was so loud that I thought a pipe broke. Most of the day, there was no staff. We stood in front of the place and had to call someone to check in, at 6pm.Although the website mentioned breakfast, there was none. The breakfast was actually the main reason why we booked this over an Airbnb apartment... The option of the bar next door, which was recommended, wasnt really kid friendly (nor very hygienic). So, maybe we were unlucky that we had two different neighbors that thought it is normal to leave the doors open at midnight and yell from one room to the next. Maybe we were unlucky that the dump truck came both days at 6am to wake us up. Maybe we were unlucky that there was no breakfast. Maybe we were unlucky that the market stalls were setup right under our room one day. But, I will not try again.Still, the rooms and the bath at this price are good value for the deaf that are fasting.I forgot to mention the chaotic parking issues...
- Hotel not currently serving breakfast but there is a bar down the road that opens early.
- The facilities were tired and need some care. For example, freshly painted rooms.

We arrived early a the staff opened the hotel so we could leave our luggage in storage. Very much appreciated. An excellent location for anyone walking the Camino Mozarabe
Thankfully I booked with Media pension. The town is completely closed on Tuesdays, so if I had not, I would not have been able to find dinner.
Conveniently located.
The facilities were tired and need some care. For example, freshly painted rooms.
When there is only one hotel option in town you don’t expect a lot. With that in mind the Quéntar hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless and it had a nice little balcony and also a fantastic bathtub. (Room 105). I thought that it was great value for the money. For two tired pilgrims on the Mozarabe it was a great find!
A little confusion at check in. They had problems finding my booking. It all worked out though, and the room that we ended up in was nicer than the room that we were originally supposed to be in.
The staff were very helpful. The hotel is basic but clean and comfortable. It was an overnight stop
It was in the right place and had a clean room for us to stay in and have a hot shower etc.
The shower head didn’t attach to the wall. The room could have been A bit warmer.
Great space good value for moneyVery friendly staffGood restaurant next door Food good Nice beer wineQuiet streetGood breakfastOld hotelAs I said very good value for moneyHighly recommended for pilgrims
just like in the photos.....lovely room, balcony over street, friendly manager runs restraunt located next floor. Perfect for Camino Mozarabe walkers
