Cons -
- Needs some landscape clean upWe would have had dinner more with more menu choices

We liked everything from the charm of the property, the pool, food and staff. Wonderful experience in the middle of the vineyards! Very nice to have a quality restaurant for dinner too after a long day out wine tasting.
Nothing but staying here requires a car or taxi service of 15 min from Saint Emilion.
Old chateau with vineyard and cave where they make their own wine… Charming!
Somewhat of a sewer smell out our window
Everyone we met from the staff was very nice. The château was historic and tranquil. Our teenage sons enjoyed the billards table and chess board in the commons area and the internet was good.
•Beautiful location in a historic castle•Clean and nicely decorated rooms•Interesting wine tour with cellar visit and tasting included•Electric car charger available in the parking area
•No vegetarian options on the dinner menu; when requested, they reluctantly made a risotto that was overcooked and unpleasant•My wife’s tuna dish was also disappointing•Hotel staff downplayed a serious dog attack by a neighbor’s Rottweiler, showing little concern or support•Rooms are somewhat noisy due to thin walls•The EV charger is often blocked by regular cars, and the hotel does not enforce its proper use
Loved everything about this chateau, beautiful clean room, lovely pool for cooling down in the heat, exceptionally kind staff, wonderful food and wine.
The facilities and staff were excellent. The best part was the location - out of the way but in the centre of the Bordeaux region. A great base for exploring the area or just a place to get away and relax.
This property is so beautiful, rooms were very good size and they have restaurant and bar on site. I would recommend as we loved our stay
The property is very characterful and comfortable, the staff are also very pleasant and helpful. It was cold during our stay and there were two fires lit (one in the bar and one in the dining room), which made it very cosy. It is possible to imagine it being very nice in the summer too. Additionally, the food and service at dinner were excellent. On the second night, there was a large group in the main dining room, but the waiter carried our table into the bar to be beside the fire, which was really nice. We had a nice walk directly from the hotel around the area.
The breakfast was quite basic for the price, with no fresh fruit or juice and also no hot food. It was difficult to find anything gluten free for my coeliac wife. Our room was not freshened up after our first night.
Ambience, food, instalations
Lovely chateau location, we stayed in newly renovated units off the courtyard. Beautiful walking areas abound
The location, the restaurant, the service, the winery
Amazing Chateau experience without the high price and all the bells and whistles. Food was excellent. Setting was stunning.
Lovely spacious bedroom, very quiet. friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. We had stayed here a few years ago and were delighted that it is still as good as we remembered. The restaurant seems to has changed location within the building but the quality of the food hasn't. A very good evening menu with good choices so ideal to be able to dine in the restaurant and enjoy a lovely meal with some of the chateau's wine without a drive.
Rooms had modern interiors well equipped. Peaceful environment.Good breakfast
The evening menu did not change but not a problem for a short stay
Clean,spacious roomExcellent locationDiner was delicious
Clean and spacious room with toiletries and tea/coffee facilities.
Swimming pool was closed for ‘cleaning’ which was a real shame on a sunny day. We only found out once we had got ourselves and 8 month old ready which was frustrating and disappointing.
