Room a little small. On the main route

We got two rooms instead of one, but the bedspreads were super shabby. The hotel was on the 70’s style decor.

Had to take car into town. Very shabby

I have stayed at the hotel on many occasions it is either our first stop on our way to moto gp circuits along the south coast or the last on our way back to the ferry. We stop there and a great place to have a ride around the mountains and see your great country. I am seventy five and each year I say will be my last but I keep coming back. It is a very popular hotel for us British bikers.

We traveled by motorcycle to tour the Pico's, the hotel was ideally situated for this. The room was clean with plenty of storage. Most of the staff were friendly.The breakfast was ok.

There was no tea and coffee facilities and had to get warm drinks from the bar. Limited choice for breakfast. Our room was at the front of the hotel and we had asked for a room at the rear when booking. The room overlooked the terrace and bar area which was noisy up until around 12.30. There was no fans or aircon in the rooms and couldn't have the windows open because of the noise.

We love the location and how easy it was to park our car. The room was clean and a good size for us. The dinner at the on-site restaurant was delicious, and all the employees we encountered were kind and helpful. There are several places to sit outside and enjoy the view and the mountain air.

Breakfast was included. Ample free parking. Conveniently located close to Potes and the Picos de Europa. Restaurant available for lunch and dinner, food was very good.

Lovely location close to Potes. Our room was pretty small but had a pleasant outlook to the back of the hotel. Great shower, hot with good pressure. Very good breakfast. We enjoyed our short stay.

Breakfast was excellent, good buffet, cooked breakfast was exceptional with fresh eggs. Reception staff very friendly and full of cheer, very refreshing. Evening meals OK.

beautiful stunning hotel very grand and classic, the staff were welcoming and Estelle the manager was incredibly helpful and made our stay most memorable she went out of her way to make us feel welcome .Would stay there again .

Only thing would like to see tea and coffee machine in the rooms but Spain tends not to do this in the majority of the places we stayed ,otherwise great visit .

Breakfast was good. Understandable that dogs could not go in the Restaurant but great that dogs were well accepted throughout the remainder of the Hotel. A brilliant position for everywhere in the North of Spain

This is a great hotel to stop off on your way to/way back from a motorcycle trip through the Picos/Portugal/Spain etc. The bike parking in the car park is fine and I have stayed here a couple of times without any issues. The check in was quick, efficient and friendly, the bar is good and there are plenty of places to sit out and have a drink.My room was good with an excelent shower as well.There are a couple of local bars nearby as well as a small supermarket. The town of Potes is only a 20/25 minute walk away. This really is a decent stop over.

There was nothing about this stay (or previous stays that I didn't like). I suppose the only thing I woould say is that the breakfast option is good rather than great - and left me satisfied

Clean friendly hotel. All the staff were very nice.Greg the barman was very helpful and friendly.The food in the hotel was good but it was a limited menu.

3rd floor rooms have very small low down windows, and it makes it hard to see the great views from the hotel. It's only a minor thing, and it wouldn't stop me from staying here again.

A lovely family owned and run hotel with a perfect location for the Picos.

Breakfast not great, one of the rooms the shower tray was plastic and not level - really needs replacing. We all used the shower in the bath in the other room.

Good size car park for parking. Motorbike friendly. Good WiFi in room. Good breakfast selection

Swimming pool wasn’t very clean

Hotel is on the outskirts of Potes. Has secure parking. Very popular with motorcyclists. I ate in the restaurant which was very nice, particularly the local wine.

Excellent choice at breakfast, hot and cold. Dinner was ‘Menu of day’ or could choose from card menu and was good value.

From location photos the pool looked inviting but in reality was rather tired.
