Breakfast was delicious, staff was wonderful. Family owned.

Beds were on the soft side. No kettle in the room.

Last location on town, a walk to the center. Facilities need improvement and TLC. Bed was very uncomfortable. Not a great stay for me while in a fantastic little town!!!

The staff were so incredibly friendly, and this was honestly the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The employees work so hard to ensure your comfort, and I already plan on staying here again when I visit Potes in the future!

Friendly staff. Great location just minutes walk to old town. Free easy parking. Good breakfast. I had a wonderful room with views on top floor . Across from good market.

It is a cute little property. The breakfast was limited but good. The staff is very friendly and helpful

There was a bit of a funky smell in the bathroom. Air conditioning is not needed because it was quite pleasant. However a fan in the room would be nice

Rude check in staffRooms are hot, no fan, no ACWoman at breakfast yelled at my friend for taking a piece of fruit out of the eating area. Very petty and unpleasant

This was a wonderful place to stay with a great location. There was easy on site parking. Wonderful helpful staff. Easy to walk through the beautiful town. And easy to access hiking trails in the surrounding national parks. We would definitely stay here again as a destination.

Clean family run hotel, conveniently located. Modest but good breakfast was included in price.

Quite small double bed, better to book 2 single beds in this hotel. Ask for mountain facing room to avoid a noisy road.

The hotel was clean and the shower was hot

Very minimalist inside the room : rock hard beds, no shampoo or conditioner just general soap dispenser that you see in an airport bathroom, there was no WiFi code inside the room only at reception, no fridge or tea/coffee making options. The breakfast was minimalist too with cold cuts and store bought cake. The staff was rude and did not speak minimal English.

Shower handle was broken, shower drain was slow, bathroom door did not close.

Great location for Potes and Picos.Excellent comfortable hotel to use as a base for Picos touring.

The hotel was very clean . The sofa seating in the bar area is good to relax in at the end of a day. The breakfast is very good and plenty of parking

Location was good, a short walk into town. Staff were helpful, arranging a fan for the room and an early breafast so we could check out to catch the morning bus. The hotel was clean and well presented.

The room was very hot even with the window open. No tea & coffee facilities in the room but bar downstairs.

It was a pleasant stay. There is a language barrier but the hospitality of the hotel staff suffices everything. Every time I come back from a long hike, I always find my room fresh and smells really great. It is a short 10 mins walk from the center and you can pass by the supermarket along the way which is really convenient. What I also love is that they packed me a picnic on my last day because I was leaving early.

There is nothing. Just to let you know that some of the rooms face the street so you could hear the cars and motorbikes passing by. I don't mind it though because I couldn't sleep in a deafening silence.

Very tasteful decor and impeccably clean. Super value and perfectly situated (5min walk) to the centre of town. Highly recommended; would definitely stay again. If you are biking in the Picos and want Potes as your base then this is a fantastic hotel.

Staff were friendly. I went with other motorbike friends and they couldn't do enough regarding the security and parking of our bikes. Hotel was clean and breakfast was nice (continental).

Convenient location only a short walk to the town, ample parking available, lovely spacious room, daily cleaning. The breakfast selection was good, and the staff very lovely.

I was in a twin room, the bed I slept in on the first night was extremely uncomfortable... very squeaky when you moved and a very worn mattress...almost felt like you were moving near the edge of it when you moved.. not comfortable at all... the next night i tried the other bed and it was perfect...

Location was fantastic and the facilities were spotless as were the staff

Maybe do food on an evening but it was nothing that would stop me going again
