Hotel & Spa Arha by Maile

The location is the best part about this hotel. A very short walk to lots of tourist shops, restaurants and free city parking.

No WIFI in bedroom. No privacy in the room since you can hear through the walls. Poor breakfast options. Nowhere to unload stuff. Had to park in public parking and walk stuff in.

Some members of the staff were very nice and the location is really good.

The building is quite old and breakfast could be better.

Problems with the drainage system flooded the room, leaks throughout the hotel, the alleged spa wasn’t functioning, breakfast had expired juice and no hot water for the tea. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Spa advertised as open but shut. Said staff spoke English but didn’t.

Location is spot on for us bikers, not so good if in a car (no parking)

Breakfast was toast only, no cereal, coffee was good, shower was shocking no use what so ever, wifi didn't work for us no matter where we was in the hotel

The location is very good, the rooms have a lot of space and the bed was confortable.

The breakfast is quite simple and restaurant area is too small to afford several people at the same time.

Hotel was run down and dated. Booked as it was advertised as a Spa hotel. Spa not in operation. Room was grubby and shower broken.

Disappointing

The spa was out of order, and had been for a month but there was no information until we got there. The wifi didn’t work in the room and electricity went out for a bit.

The shower control in my room was playing up. I mentioned it to the reception in the morning as I left for the day. When I return a new shower unit had been installed. Great service.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and kindly found a place to store my bike. The hotel is well placed in Potes - close enough to the main attractions but in a quiet spot.

The room was very small; hardly enough room to open a suitcase. Electrical work in the room needed attention and there was a small patch of black mould on the ceiling.

Perfect location. Friendly staff.

Didn't really bother me. But might others. The walls are super super thin. Could understand every word of the neighboring rooms.

Close to town, clean tidy, functional no frills but perfectly ok.

The property was run down and depressing. The door to my room didn’t close unless you forced it with a foot or slightly lifted it. The cheap laminate flooring had gaps between the slats which was uncomfortable without shoes. The bedside light was broken and the bulb in the main light went. Breakfast was some bimbo type bread, plastic cheese and processed meat and an assortment of terrible cakes. The filter coffee was awful. I found a cafe nearby to get breakfast.I managed to get free cancellation for my last night so switched to a different hotel.
