Dinner is delicious, with 5-6 gourmet dishesHotel staff are Fredley and helpful.Hotel facilities are nice, adult's sauna, two swimming pools, an outdoor salty water and out/indoor pool.

As we see it the main disadvantage is the room - we book so-called Exclusive Suite, but nothing is liking to that kind of room. this room is more to be as standard 3- or 4-stars hotel room. Dacorion is standard and Lacke, mini bake lack of snacks, the basin is miniature and not suitable for two adults, there is no rain-shower, and other animates are mining.Many nearby options for hiking and visiting Merano town.

This is not just an ordinary hotel. It’s an experience from the moment we checked in to the check out. I normally don’t write reviews but for this place, every single detail was just amazing. Rooms, view, staff, the host, the FOOD, the facilities. We liked it so much and definitely we will be back again. MUCH LOVE!

When we arrive at the hotel we have the impression of being home in a large family property. Warm welcoming. We were in the main building with a view of the mountains and the first swimming pool. The room is modern. The terrace area is large but thanks to the sophisticated decoration there are plenty of small and intimate corners. It also offers games near the bar (baggamon, cards, chess, etc.) so you feel like you're at home.There are garden areas with chairs near the trees. It’s so cosy. There are two magnificent swimming pools. The SPA is very beautiful and the reading/silent room is beautiful. For Art’s lovers it is interesting and modern. Beautiful works everywhere. Like in a big house. The breakfast buffet is magical. Magnificent table with a great chef. Delicious. We feel good in the « apple fruits « region. AC works well - rooms all facing south.

Beautiful and comfy stay close to Meran and Bozen. Nice and spacious suites in the main building, comfy beds and cool design. We were welcomed and supported on a daily basis by super friendly staff. Nice pool and wellness area, large sauna, great to relax.

Sometimes you can hear the sound from the street below.

We decided to change the hotel where we always go for our anniversary with this one. Big mistake. At first everything’s good, quick response to out inquiries , early check-in with room upgrade . Pity that we found the upgrade price in the bill. They canceled it after we make it present but however be careful and check your bill. We also found the price of the little anniversary cake on the bill, 29€ . Never ever have we experienced such a thing , in Alto Adige or somewhere else. They also charged the water . At almost 500€ a night and very expensive wine list at least leave out the 4€ for the water . All this were not even the worst things that happened at that hotel. With free tables in the main dining room in front of the windows , we were seated back in a small and tight little place with kitchen view. We asked for another table , the maitre ‘’allowed’’the change. In the main dining room where only Germans , this must be the reason that we had to stay separate. Someone tell the maitre that is not allowed to do this things ! Also note for the staff responding to emails : it’s not enough to send email saying you will give us a nice table for celebrating our anniversary if you’re not going to do it!

The staff were just amazing, friendly and efficient. The location and set up and the furnishings were brilliant.

Everything is just fantastic with great attention to detail they created a wonderful atmosphere and thanks to the great food and friendliest staff it always feels like home away from home!

Everything is created with love and passion. Since I know the owner, I call it women power. It’s all about art, sustainability, kindness and locality.

Hard to say. But breakfast is only available till 10:30am and sauna till 07:00am.

The hotel and facilities were lovely, but your staff are the real stars of the show, especially Jasmine, who looked after us for dinner and who was so warm-hearted and bubbly.
