Pros +
- Comfortable room with a balcony, restaurant & pizzeria on site, large spa with saunas, jacuzzi and pool, free parking outside or in a garage. Kind staff.
- I liked everything: staff, facilities, sauna, food, position!
- Good breakfast, very nice spa.
Cons -
- The complex of buildings is a bit of a labyrinth to walk around finding your way around hallways and staircases (that includes spa spreaded on two floors).
- The room was a little bit too hot (and so, dry) due to the heater, but this is a very tiny issue.
- Unfortunately, the family room did not look like the picture. Instead of the double bed and two sofas that I asked for when booking, I received one double bed and one sofa.

Pools, saunas. Nice restaurant on the terrace
Some noise from the street
The facilities were ok
In general, everything was fine, but unfortunately, it doesn't meet the hotel's standards. I ordered an aperol spritz, and unfortunately, it had live bugs from the orange, which were still inside the orange. I understand that something like this can happen, but I couldn't ignore it. Unfortunately, I didn't hear any apologies, only that "okay, we'll bring you another one." I don't find this right.
