    Pros +

    • Such a great place, calm, cozy, inviting to chill and detach from daily life. The baths are a great attraction!
    • The pool and setting were pleasant.
    • The architecture was nice, the rest was poorly done. The rooms were all new and cheaply decorated.

    Cons -

    • The breakfast food in the basket was cold, and it would be nice if someone could look after the outdoor fireplaces, and also show the arriving guests the facilities... its a pity we couldn't have the cooking and dine experience
    • The bedroom acoustic performance and awkward bathroom design do not meet the comfort expectations of a 4 star hotel.
    • The service was terrible everything had to be booked way in advance or self service. If you asked for trails to walk around or any suggestions you’d get an app or map to walk through. No thought at all put in to make it a hotel. There’s not much staff and the attitude is very blaze. Read everything before cause most of the pictured services will be unavailable.

Beautiful architecture and design. Peaceful location in nature. Yummy food. Ideal for relaxing and connecting with nature.

The silence, the nature, the rooms, the swimming pool. Also the flexibility for a later checkout was really appreciated!I loved the basket breakfast by The Nest. Was such a nice way of avoiding the typical restaurant way. I would love to stay at the Emotional Hotel but keeping the basket breakfast ?

I think the Terruja restaurant in the Nest is a bit unclear the relationship with the Hotel and can be misleading. For a light meal by the pool the restaurant seems overly fancy and pricey, but the Emotional Hotel restaurant is far away when one just wants to enjoy the pool at the Nest.Btw Terruja background music was a bit disturbing the silence by the pool! The Staff was generally pretty welcoming but we found one of the receptionist not as “welcoming”. When we asked about using the pool for a bit longer after checkout, even though the answer was positive, we didn’t necessarily feel like welcomed there. For the level and price I would really appreciate not have to feel “as I’m asking for a big favor”.

    Amazing rooms and views

There were families (whilst lovely) were quite noisy and the sound travelled through the rooms and woke me up severalTimes and pool side was a bit chaotic

It was the most peaceful area. The pools were just dreamy. The room was designed really well, the bed was comfortable and the windows over looking the mountains were stunning. The food was delicious. We loved the touch of breakfast delivered in a basket. The baths and massages were incredible too.

Just a small note - The card for the room being attached to the key was frustrating, as you had to take it out to lock or unlock the door, which plunges the room into darkness at night. Also, we felt it was quite hard to get in touch with staff at times as we were based in the nest.

The view from our room. The honesty bar. The food!!! The design. The fact you got us earplugs due to the festival noise.

Parking situation at the nest. Not enough parking lots and the few you have were most of the time occupied by the cleaning personel.

our first room had terrible air-conditioning noise, we got an upgrade and the second room was good. The pool is nice, setting quite good.

The name states 'cooking and nature'. the phrase cooking would suggest good food. However the breakfast was brought in a basket: everything pre packed, nothing fresh! Limited supply and you cannot change your choice during your stay: Very very poor. Also: we booked a dinner: not a very nice space: everything pre made, not at all acceptable especially for the very inflated prices. We ate locally really amazing food in a wonderful surrounding for about a third of the price!

The room was quite spacious at The Nest and the overall sustainability theme is greatThe cooking with friends and family for our dinner was both fun and usefulThe localisation near to the caves. The pool area although small is cosy.

Our room needs improvement. The bathroom support was tiny with only one person being able to use it at a time to wash our teeth. The toilet paper is really bad, even if it is re-cycled, its the worse. The breakfast is sent via a picnic basket to your room which is great if you have a table or somewhere you can eat it in the room so as it can be spread on. There was just a very small round table on the terrace of the bedroom which is too small and too exposed in the sun with no shade. So we couldn't really enjoy breakfast. The pillows are not at all comfortable.

We loved the rooms, so beautiful! We stayed in the Nest, really peaceful Both swimming pools were great. Everything was perfectly clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They suggested us great restaurants in the neighborhood. We loved our stay! ❤️

amazing countryside property with nice facilities and friendly staff. Only regret is not booking a longer stay.

    10DiogoPosted on: 4-10-2023

The staff was very friendly and warm. They were very kind helping me a lot to make the night even more special to my wife. Thank you guys! :) The environment it is amazing and chilled. The architecture it is beautiful. The breakfast was also really good.

I think the food from the bar can get a lot better. It's quite expensive price/quality

I'm frankly upset that the pictures on the website aren't half as incredible as seeing this place in real life and experiencing what it is. I was surprised by how amazing it all was. This is honestly one of the best hotel experiences that I've ever had, breakfast in your room, nothing but birds outside, breathtaking decoration in the room. It's just insane. Free bikes and accessible roads make exploring the outdoors just as easy as enjoying the room, great food in a short distance as well for other meals of the day. Hands down a once in a lifetime experience that will warm your soul.

breakfast was goodnice outside area, I think really enjoyable if the weather is fine

    - the lady that checked us in really need some hospitality lessons (even more due to the money you pay to stay there). we arrived a little bit early and wanted just to drop our bags before we went to lunch somewhere (it was 13:30) and she felt the need to say a few times that we were to early and that possibly the room was not ready yet (which appeared to be at the end). I think it was rude. in contrast with this lady, was the person that checked us out really nice and helpful;- our room had no view (only to the neighbors patio that was full met garbage);- price-quality

The silence and the sound of nature. The amazing bike/walking trails. The use of local resources and crafts. The people, so nice and approachable.

The minibar noise is quite loud. Since the location is so quiet and silent the noise became quite intense. I had to turn it off every night.

Very clean and unique design space. Pottery class was fun!

The food at the dinner is totally not recommended for the taste and price. Also we previously made an arrangement for cooking class, but forgot to reconfirm, staff should have send email as reminder.

beautiful and spacious rooms, the communal lounge areas are beautiful as well.

The breakfast is served in a cute basket and you can choose how much you want yourself but it arrives cold…

Amazing and tranquil location. We stayed in the Nest which was spacious and comfortable. Don’t be fooled by the eco label as some relate this to be very basic, this hotel certainly isn’t!

One thing we noticed with more hotels on this trip is that there are limited snack options outside of restaurant hours, even with an honesty bar like the one here.
