Tsamis Zante Suites

Loved how chill the place was, amazing rooms (very spacious and clean), very comfy sunbeds by the pool, nice breakfast and dinner and very friendly staff. On-site parking was very convenient as well.

The only thing that was not ideal was that the drinks were not included in the buffet breakfast and dinner, not even water.

It is a bit far from the airport and the downtown. Have to drive but avoid driving at night otherwise it is a little bit hard to find the hotel.

The pool was well kept and the lobby was well kept also.

I didn’t like the location, parking situation was not good, the room had a weird stuffy smell, no shower door (do not stay at this hotel for a girls trip). I wish I did more research before booking this hotel, it is far from all the “hot” beaches and all the nice restaurants. Do yourself a favor and stay at a hotel near Banana Beach or Gerakas beach, you will not be disappointed!! Overall, hotel was okay and staff was decent. Wouldn’t recommend for a girls trip.

I needed to work and could not find a plug anywhere but that's a small issue. Eventually they found me a spot. Clearly a place to relax not work :)

loved the property it was so clean and modern and relaxing. there was a spot to chill everywhere. staff was very nice

Nice location, the facilities are quite good. The pool in our room was very nice and had quite nice view. It's easy to travel from the airport if you rent a car, we didn't try other options but taxi should be okay. The breakfast and dinner were also okay, not many options but good enough for a hotel this size. Checking in and out were also smooth, the staff was really friendly, helped us with many things like where to go or what's around the hotel.

Honestly, for the money that you spend, the cleanliness of the hotel should be a lot better. We've received dirty/stained towels almost every day and the general cleanliness of the room was not at the level that I would expect.

His exceptional service and warm hospitality truly made our trip special. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch service and a comfortable stay. Friendly staff willing to help accommodate any reasonable request. Facilities are beautiful and comfortable.

Check directly with this hotel when their restaurants open during seasons as 2/3 of them are closed in May with no notice. Pools are also not heated anywhere and there is no hot tub so I would avoid May completely. Renting a pool villa when it's impossible to use it is not good business. Had one bartender working two bars far apart because of low season. It may look like a deal but they are cutting corners.

Beautiful hotel, could not fault, the sun loungers and the setting was incredible, right on the beach, with the option of 3 levels, incredible, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful

The food, completely tasteless, looked beautiful but tasteless, breakfast was ok, but the queue for the coffee machine in the morning was mad, you could line up for 10 minutes, then it would run out of beans or cups and have to wait again for staff.Housekeeping was very hit and miss, a lot of things forgotten, towels one day, sinks weren’t cleaned and dirty cups left behind, no cleaning at all done another day, hotel itself was spotless though.A car to get around was definitely needed, 10 mins drive to the nearest town

This place is perfect!!! Absolutely stunning location, so many pools, an incredible breakfast, and warm hospitality. I cannot recommend this hotel more, it was everything you dream of and more, and I’m telling you I did a veryyyy in depth search before booking.

That I can’t afford to live there forever ;)

The hotel have perfect view of the sea with 3 pools, you can just choose any bed beside pools and enjoy the sun shine. Staffs are friendly and helpful. We enjoy the stay

As soon as we arrived we got a real warm welcome. The staff is super friendly and mr vasili(i hope i write the name correctly) is there to help you with your luggage and does everything with a smile. The room was surprisingly large and my only complaint the entire stay was that the room could have been a bit cleaner especially the shower. Aside from that everything Gets a 10 from us. The food is lovely and unlike many buffets at all inclusive hotels there are a lot of healthy options as well if you are into those things. The staff in the restaurant is super kind as well. There are 3 Pools and since the resort is not to big there is always a Nice and comfy beach bed available somewhere aswell as a place at their private beach where you can see some real interesting stuff snorkling. Overall would recommend to anyone that wants to have a nice relaxing holiday.

Entire stay excellent, quiet and peaceful. Staff very friendly and helpful. Seaview room was brilliant. Mattress sunbeds very comfortable- would definitely recommend a holiday there to just relax and refresh.

Wonderful location, beautiful new modern hotel, kind, attentive staff, many pools, three to be exact. They treated us to musical programs every evening. I would like to highlight two additional things. 1. sea view private pool suite was amazing. 2. upon check-out, the hotel gave a gift (ouzo+glasses+local sweets) They can help with car rental and boat trips at the reception.

The food was really good. The staff was very helpful and tried their best to make us feel at home (we are grateful for that).

Shower cabin & toliet needed maintenance. For a 5 star hotel, these things should at least look pleasant. Black marks in de shower (mold?), rusty wastebasket and toilet brush.

Tsamis is secluded and very chilled which is what we wanted but close enough to reach neighbouring towns with a scooter/car. there was a supermarket and a few restaurants in walking distance. The pools and grounds were lovely but the rooms are certainly not 5* in our experience, we had a superior suite and private pool, the food on a whole was very good, the breakfast buffet was lovely as was the all day menu, evening food offerings, drinks and cocktails prices were slightly too expensive for what they were.

the room was very tired and in need of maintenance our bed was not made up for each day of stay which was disappointing, the towels were quite worn and the toiletry offerings very poor (shampoo and body wash 2in1 and moisturiser) you expect far more from 5* facilities. main down falls for Tsamis were the toilets at the infinity pool which were vile (dark, dingy and poorly maintained/ not cleaned throughout day) and also the ones in the buffet restaurant were poor, service wise it was one extreme to another - staff would clear your plate away at breakfast the second you picked up the last mouthful of food but glasses and plates around the pool area would be there all day until you left. Breakfast lady would also make you feel like a naughty child every morning.
