Absolutely nothing

Super clean, comfortable beds, a range of pillows. On a quiet street, large pool area.

The coffee could be stronger

Superb from start to finish. Front desk staff was extremely kind and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely stay. Our room was surprisingly large, sparkling clean, and imbued with clever practical touches that really enhanced the experience. Breakfast was amazing! It offered plenty of tasty vegetarian options. We did not even realize it was included, so that was a nice surprise. The entire hotel is super clean and feels brand new. I really appreciate that they had a well-equipped gym and it was kept in great shape—clean and with high-quality functional equipment. Location is on a quiet street a block away from the harbor and all the main shops and restaurants. It could not be better. In general this was the best stay we had in Greece and I can’t recommend it enough!

Would be nice if the gym had wipes to clean the equipment. Would have appreciated an extra blanket in the room because the comforter is light for the winter.

The Garden City is ideally located, a short walk to the beach and the town. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating.

Location to downtown shopping, restaurants, beach.Front desk staff was superb and very helpful with all questions.Daily breakfast was 10/10

We loved the pool area. The junior suite had 2 rooms and was very comfortable. We could walk to the beach and resign the waterfront. The staff were very friendly and attentive

Immaculate new modern facility, everything was very clean and tidy, breakfast was exceptionally good with generous variety fresh and delicious. Staff was very kind and helpful. There were 5 new electric bikes in as new condition available for use pool with full amenities. Very comfortable stay.

Amazing value for money! All main attractions are within walking distance. There's a parking spot available, the staff is great, and the breakfast was delicious. Everything was at a very high level.Highly recommended!

Unfortunately there was a construction site next door. But nothing to do with the hotel

The staff here are just fantastic - friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. We have stayed here a number of times before and the chef deserves a special mention. She came out at breakfast time to explain to us what everything was and even brought a couple of portions of Bougatsa to our table which we hadn't asked for. She didn't know that Bougatsa is my favourite Greek pastry so I was very happy with this! Her fried eggs are excellent - always a good test - as were the savoury pastries.

A fully dedicated staff, always eager to please, extremely polite...An attention to details.. A superb breakfast. Great bedding too. And with everything extremely clean (both in the room, the breakfast area as well as the dining room). What else can you ask for?

Small detail for many but important to me: I would have wished to have in my room a small desk space installed at the correct height to put my laptop on!

Everyone who worked in hotel were friendly, helpful and serviceminded. Breakfast was good and served until 10.30. Free bicycles you could lend. Parking for car at backside - not gated but ok.Bathroom and shower was excellent!Hotel was not far from the beach and restaurants. ?

There was no air-conditioning as all rooms has a joined air ventilation. In October it only operated in heating function. As it was very warm it got quite warm in room 26-27+.You had to open the window in the evening to cool the room but then the road noise became a problem. Even with windows closed you could hear the road but with ear plugs it was possible to sleep.There was a make up mirror in the bathroom that couldn't be used as it was placed to high up. Only persons 1,80 and higher can use this mirror.
