The view was really fantastic. We could enjoy the sun set. the sea view was very cool. I recommend this hotel and I will come back for sure.

The view was amazing! The room was comfortable and clean. The staff member at breakfast was excellent. He made sure we were happy and cleaned our table quickly. The staff member at the bar pool was also excellent. He made amazing cocktails. The room service staff work very hard to keep the room clean. Breakfast was ok - somewhat average and not a lot of variety. The eggs (although kept in a warmer) were actually cold.

A power point next to the mirror would have been great - The mirror was on one side of the consol table, and the power point on the other. Some of the staff were not very welcoming particularly the male concierge at reception - he barely looked up when we spoke to him, and spoke very few words (even though we spoke to him in his native tongue)

Brilliant views but a bit far from the town and difficult access by narrow and hilly roads.

Corner ocean view，good but not best. I don't understand why they didn't give me room with the best view because I believe we were the only guests in the hotel that night. Another corns is no bottle water or boiler in the room.

Family of 4, we stayed in the Executive Suite. The room was clean and spacious. We stayed for 2 nights and there was cleaning service every day, The view was breathtaking and the beds super comfy.

Some furniture/equipment required care and maintenance. The a/c was noisy. The breakfast was pretty basic. On one morning they served an overbaked (burnt) pie. The personnel politely accepted to replace it but it should not be served in the first place. The reception did not asked how we liked our stay nor for our feedback in the check out. In general they need to improve the experience they offer in order to match to their price tag...

This is a hotel for views. Superb location up on the hills, overlooking the gulf of Kalamata. Looking for those sunsets - there you have them. The hotel is a clean and tidy, interiors well kept. Clean outside pool area with infinity-like pool and bar serving the area from inside. Nice balconies for sitting, having a glass off wine and watching the sunset. Neat.

The rooms are quite small for the price you pay, not really a big issue, but worth to mention. We were staying mid October, so the hotel was quite quiet, which may have affected to breakfast. It was enough, but wouldn't really call it exceptional. Also, we had to ask more some of the items, as personnel didn't notice that they were finished. And finally (and again a personal opinion) the coffee - you could see the bottom of the cup. If you want one thing to be right at breakfast, make the coffee stronger.

Our room was clean, spacious and the view from the balcony was spectacular. The mini fridge and room safe were pleasant additions and the wifi reliable. The King Bed was a huge plus and soooo comfortable. We really appreciated being able to get a good night's rest after a full day of exploring. Breakfast was delightful and the server was always responsive and quick to clean up.

My only issue with the room was a faint sewer smell in the bathroom. I think it emanated from the floor drain but the bathroom itself was very neat and clean. I believe an exhaust fan would solve this little issue. But I recommend the Belvedere and would stay there again.

The hotel is on the side of the mountain and has an amazing view over Kalamata city and the coastline. The room balcony, as well as the pool area, had the same view. The staff was friendly and the pool area spacious.The breakfast was okay.

The food we ordered at the pool didn't meet our expectations. The balcony area of our room didn't feel that cosy even though it had an amazing view.Felt like the A/C hit us in the face while sleeping. Maybe there are some settings to adjust there for it to not do that.

Great location up the hill with a fantastic view over the city and to the sea, comfortable large bed, staff really kind and helpful, good food for dinner, room service, nice large balcony with a fantastic view, nice pool with a great view, mini market not far away!

TV was no Smart-TV and too small, room carelessly furnished (no couch, although there's enough space) and not quite cozy, bathtub not deep enough, water not really hot, tables for breakfast a little small, floor in the room was not 100% clean, glassed railing on the balcony was dirty...

Great breakfast lots of choice and very fresh. Big balcony with great view of ocean and Kalamata. Very close walking distance to a good restaurant . Nice big pool area. Great value for your money.

Clean, spacious and extremely comfortable rooms and other areas such as the restaurant and dining areas. Large outdoor pool with plenty of seating on the patio area.

Room had a couple of little maintenance issues that could have been rectified in a few minutes.Could have had ironing board and iron in rooms.No tea or coffee things to be able to make yourself a hot drink in the room.

amazing view, the room was clean and spacious with a big balcony with view to the sea and the city of Kalamata. The breakfast was very rich with omelets, bacon, and local varieties of pies(fruits included)

Staff was friendly, view was amazing, bed was good and compliments for the breakfast they served at the room (I asked if that was possible).

It was cold in the hotel, fortunately except for our room. The interior of the hotel room needs and urgent upgrade. Although everything was clean in the hotel, the room (at least the one we had) was outdated. I think when the staff is going to upgrade the rooms to a modernized design hotel, it will get ratings of 9 to 10 :-)

the toilets needs little repair.there were no cover sheets on the sheets.

the view over the gulf of kalamata is so beautiful specially the sunset near the pool , staff verry friendly and helpful, very clean , breakfast is ok but they can do better.

The views from our balcony were spectacular. Room was spacious and very clean with all amenities.
