Hotel Ostria

All around great value - nice rooms, great location, delicious breakfast (best bread I've had in Greece) and friendly and helpful staff (recommended doing The Olive Route tour which was an exceptional experience).

Loved the room with the sea view. The location is absolutely superb. Staff was kind and helpful.

The bathroom; please get rid of the shower curtain.

Needs a little update. It's difficult to find a parking place arround the hotel.

The WiFi at the room was very bad. Only on base floor was good. Poor soundproofing between rooms and corridors.

Parking was a bit vague but we found a spot. Very simple hotel but was good enough for a short stay. Breakfast was basic at best.

Nice hotel on main promenade. Sunbeds free to use on the beach opposite. Room a good size for a few nights with great sea views.

the road is very noisy after midnight until about 4am with cars etc.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location was perfect and we enjoyed the breakfast every morning!

I wish I could list something but I can’t. We were also fortunate to find a parking space out front the entire time of our stay.

The ac temp was controlled by the hotel. Comfortable for most at 22 Celsius, but I like it colder .

Stay here before very happy with the staff and perfect location of the hotel,close to the beach and the Kalamata marina.

Shower is only a curtain and would cause flooding. AC is placed right in front of bed causing it to make it very chilly at night.

We loved the spacious room and the proximity to the beach. Also, the bathroom doesn’t flood when you take a shower!

The shower had some mold around the window and grout lines. The beach part of the property was also next to a property that was under construction so it was unsightly.

We loved the location, right on the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. Amazing kudos for the breakfast buffet. When I visit Kalamata again, it would be on top of my search list.

Cardboard cups in the room for drinking out of. No spoons. When I had phoned prior to booking I was told there was a restaurant for us to have an evening meal. There was no restaurant.
