The location is good although one hears the traffic noise at night. Other than breakfast the hotel does not provide food.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Ευχαριστούμε Αλεξάνδρα και Γωγώ. The rooms are very spacious and rather clean. The pool was ok. The location is ok if you have a car, it is about 4 km from the center. The sea is within walking distance.

The building and the equipment are quite old. Maintained ok. The breakfast is very poor. Not even basic. For the price you pay, the package you get is not so much value for money.

Great facilities and a clean room just like in the pictures. There's free parking. The beach, restaurants and a supermarket are ten minutes away on foot.

The bathroom door wouldn't close. We didn't ask them to fix it, so we don't blame them.

Beds were too small. Extra pillows were needed. Breakfast was not very good, but ok for the price. Bathroom shower was way too small. we are small people and we could not shower well.

So kind of the owner to wait up for our late arrival at 1.30am. Clean, comfortable and well equipped for light cooking, with a large, well lit balcony, the Fotini hotel exceeded expectations and was excellent value first money. Despite its great location next to the road ( with parking) it was quiet at night and warm too.

Location is out of the way - quite a distance from the town however it is right by bus terminus and buses were regular

Could do with having books for guests as I ran out of reading material.breakfast good value for money and coffee in particular was so nice - but heavy on the bread - perhaps a piece of fruit ??

The beds were very hard/super firm

The room/apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. We were on the ground floor and had the swimming pool at just a few metres from our terrace. The swimming pool was fairly large, with few people by the pool, and it was only open during the day so no noise during the night. There was no noise from the road next to the hotel either. We had plenty of space to park. There was a bus stop nearby that could take you into town or along the coast. Walking to the boulevard was a longer distance but still doable. There was a supermarket a short walk away. All in all, excellent value for money.

The room/apartment included a kitchenette, but kitchen supplies were limited.

What more could you ask for:-.Fantastic staff was always polite and accommodating .Nothing a bother. .Rooms were a little dated but offered more than expected for the price paid.Large room, with comfortable bed.Able to cook a meal, balcony with fantastic views ,Spotlessly clean.Cleaned when you requested..Pool area fantastic large in comparison to other pools I have been to in hotels.Great sun loungers and tables with canopies..Breakfast was good with several choices. Freshly made panninis,boiled egg, toast, fresh orange etc..3 minute walk from beautiful blue flag beach.

The bathroom was gross. Mold in shower. Only one roll of toilet paper half full, no extra.

Natasha Maria and Yianni went beyond. They were very accommodating and personal. They meet all our needs and were very helpful. Outstanding service!!!

The hotel is dated and needs a room makeover.

Very clean hotel and quiet atmosphere. Helpful staff at all levels. Amazing view from our balcony. Also, the beach is near by. They let us to swim in the pool as much as we wanted despite the fact that our check out was at 11:00am. Happy to be back at this hotel again and I would recommend it to everyone.

A great choice in the city of Kalamata! Nice, clean and spacious room, very nice and super clean swimming pool, good breakfast and the location very close to the beach.Also, the girls in the front desk, very kind and helpful!
