Good location and friendly and helpful staff

Bathroom was challenging… ie shower . No tea and coffee in room

Property was in a great location and parking was easy with a lot down the street.

The ac didn’t get very cold and you could hear everything from the neighbors.

Beautiful sea side view You open your balcony and wow Its like Florida Rivera, but betterBecause everything in Greece is betterIt can get little noise at night with traffic, loud music coming from the cars and motorcycles If you don't mind all that and you like to party your in the right hotel.

Breakfast was OK. Location was great. A very good value and quite comfortable for the price. Very nice view of the beach and sea from the balcony giving a panorama of the bay.

We did not have any problems.

The check-in process is quick which is really good after a long flight and late arrival . It was smooth and the receptionist was very nice and approachable. I also like how clean it was inside and that I have the view of the ocean. A lot to see around ,markets and restaurants.

Maybe the food was average but it's fine , i liked the mini sausages and eggs

The air conditioners doesn’t work well and the rooms smell damp. It was noisy in the mornings due to renovations, and they were also forced to change rooms three times coz of this. The price includes breakfast, which was not prepared few times , coz there were no other visitors exapt me. There are three different receptionists , to whom I paid in cash, but never didn't give me receipts. As a result, they calculated that I owe them money for two more days !! When they hear about called the police, they got scared and asked me to just leave.

Restaurants and bars close by. About 3km from the Old City precinct and castle.Breakfast was very good.Helpful man on the front desk.

Shower tray was too small with a very clingy curtain. Balcony door didn't lock.

Location infront of the beach. You pass the road and you swim at the sea.

It was a great location for restaurant and beach, but windows didn’t block enough street noise.

Breakfast buffet had everything you can think of and the location was amazing, walking out to the veranda and seeing the beach…

We noted first thing that it smelled smoke in the room we got and the reception claimed that it was not a non-smoking room. Since it was advance payment we had to take the room anyway. They had not stated non-smoking in the room description for this reason and it was intended. Luckily we were not allergic or asmaticThe room was quite weared and teared, water leaking from the toilet

Very close to the beach, there’s a shop just next door and plenty of restaurants.

The location is very central, the room was very clean and breakfast was good.

My room didn't have a view to the sea. I had to get out to the little balcony turn left and see a small part of the sea. That was disappointing.

A far more than adequate hotel for the two of us for our 11 night stay. Great size room overlooking the sea. The breakfasts were generous but a bit the same each day. Staff were friendly and always said 'Good morning' Very well located for the beach,shops and airport and ideally central for visiting other resorts in and around the Messinian Gulf. Could be a bit noisy for the early to bed brigade but a decent pair of earplugs will allow a good nights sleep. We both loved it.

Back again. Good location along sea front-with restaurants, bars etc. Bus stop few doors down to take you centre town and old town. Reception always friendly and helpful and managed to provide me with a bathroom plug-only one exists. Upgraded me to side seaview couple days after my arrival. I stayed 14 nights

No plug for bathroom wash basins-for my shaving etc. Reception managed to find one. I suggested that they get more for those that need it.

Wonderful location, close to restaurants and beach. The staff were all so very pleasant and accommodating. And the breakfast was delicious.

Downside of being close to the beach and restaurants is that it can be noisy at night.

The view from the balcony was amazing! Rooms are a bit old, but they were clean and were cleaned almost daily. Good breakfast. Many restaurants around. Parking in the nearby parking lot by the church.
