All there, just a bit tired but good price and clean shabby for the most part.

Noise from construction site next door was slightly annoying but got us up in the morning.

The location was great, right across from the beach. Clean room, very friendly owner.

As a budget hotel, it was more than expected. The room was spacious and came with a balcony with mountain and partial sea views. The area was a bit remote from the center, but there was a super convenient city bus (#1)(1.5 euro) frequently running between he KTEL terminal and the hotel and running though the city center. The owner was very nice and friendly.

The room it's not clean... i cab fell the smoking scent everywhere in the hotel...especially inside the room ...I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Our favourite hotel in Kalamata. We always stay here when in town! ❤️ Friendly staff, best location directly at the beach, and a great price. Can't wait to stay here again!

Very uncomfortable beds and pillows to the extent it can be a deal breaker for some.Bedsheets clean but the room not so much.Dated objects/decoration etc. (e.g. the water tank got stuck sometimes). No lift.

The hotel is quite old.

The hospitality of the owner, his kindness and that he waited up for me when I arrived around 1am and helped with my luggage. He was always cheerful ready for a conversation and friendly to everyone.

The drain in the bathroom sometimes was a bit smelly.

the location was excellent, just across the sea, few good restaurants. The view of sea was good. The staff were very friendly and always available.

The facility of the hotel especially the bathroom really need upgrading. The bed was ok, the Wi-Fi was good and always available

Great price point for a hotel right on the beach, services all very close by and a large public parking lot 150m away.

Not their fault but there's a fair amount of traffic on the main drag even on a Sunday night, it's a little noisy

A fairly old and tired Hotel. We booked it for an overnight stay before flying back to the UK. Staff were very helpful and Parking was free as promised but may may not be available in the future. Being on the sea front the area is noisy until late but we have not complaints. We got what we booked.

It's right in front of the sea, you can just cross the road and go to the beach. The owner is very kind and helpful.

To say that this hotel needs to be renovated would be an understatement. It's almost falling apart, starting from the room door that almost doesn't close and ending with the window that actually doesn't close. The bathroom needs deeper cleaning, I wasn't expecting a luxury suite but at least hygiene shouldn't be an issue.Also, be aware that in the entrance there's a big dog that attacked me when I tried to enter. The owner had to come out and calm it, which was very upsetting.

Great location, you cross the street and you lay your foot on the beach. Many restaurants and bars around, along the seaside street. Good value for the price. Room with amazing sea and ocean view and comfortable bed.

Facilities need some refreshment.

It was well equipped, clean and well positioned with helpful friendly staff.

It didn’t have dedicated parking and no lift.
