It’s an exquisite hotel with an outstanding service!The rooms are wonderful, beds are very comfortable, and the breakfast is great. They even provide beach towels. We strongly recommend it.

It’s so good nothing to wish for.

All staff we encountered were truly excellent.Breakfast was excellent - full English and excellent Continental.Room was excellent with its own balcony with plenty of room to sit out.Rooftop bar was great.Hotel beach facilities were excellent.

Very clean place.

Room temperature was 27.5 on the fourth floor. Extremely hot and the hotel receptionist did not offer any remediation.Noice from 5:30 am until 7:30am from upstairs as the staff were cleaning the restaurant floor above every morning.

Beautiful balcony and upstairs lounge with port and sea views. Plenty of restaurants in port area. Parking and breakfast. Welcoming staff

Within city so have narrow streets to navigate.

Hotel is outdated, the bathroom is dangerous, slippery and tiny.Water temperature is inconsistent and you get to have a shower with mild hot to boiling water + the fact there is very little space to move - makes it all and unpleasant experience and stay.

A wonderful hotel, exceptionally friendly and competent staff! And the breakfast on the rooftop with the seaview was something else!

The location is the best thing about this hotel! Right across from the beach. So beautiful! The breakfast buffet is also very good with a large variety of delicious items to choose from. The rooftop bar/restaurant is really lovely! We enjoyed our breakfasts there. There were 2 staff members who were wonderfully helpful & friendly: Giota Bouranda went above & beyond to help us with several things. She was very kind and knowledgeable and shared some valuable information with us. Similarly, Georgia, at the reception desk, was helpful, friendly and kind. That goes a long way when you are traveling. They are to be applauded!

The room, although comfortable, needs soundproofing. We heard every vehicle & group of people that passed by well until after midnight. We thought our balcony door was open, but it wasn’t. It’s just loud. On our 2nd night we had a fussy, crying baby in the room next to ours. We listened to lullaby music for over an hour before calling the front desk. The woman at the reception was very uncaring and curt basically telling us to wait it out until the baby fell asleep….which was 3 hours later, again after midnight. The baby started crying again early in the morning so our sleep was short & challenged. Also the shower is narrow and the water changed temperature multiple times while using it, nearly scalding us. The bathroom felt outdated. All in all for the money we paid, it was disappointing. Not sure how/why this place is rated 4 stars.

Our room was huge and beautiful, we also had a large balcony with an incredible view of the ocean and mountains. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. And the breakfast was delicious with a great selection.

Very friendly and out going staff, especially Georgia, who gave great advice on restaurants and shopping. Very safe, clean and modern facilities. Perfect location to the beach and restaurants and 30 minute walk to old town.

Really nice room and bathroom, of good size too, very friendly staff, lovely roof restaurant and bar, breakfast coffee was like from a cafe

The shower leaked a little bit

Quick check in at the front desk with friendly staff that helped us. Nice room modern and clean. They also offered a cute nice gift with local produce , very nice gesture. Also the location of the hotel is convenient.

The bathtub was a little small, but apart from that the whole room was very nice and big

Maybe we should have more supplements in the room fridge and a welcome drink since we have booked the junior suite.

It is one of the best hotel I've ever been , near the sea shore with wonderfull sight. The restaurant on the upper floor allows to relax and make a pleasure with wondefull views, sea and mounts. It is absolutely romantic place. Strongly recomended for wedding journey and families. Thank you for the positive impressions. It was really great!The parking place is easy to be found

The preview residences probably smoked in the room and there was a sent of cigarets but not overwhelming.

Nice hotel on sea front, friendly staff, great breakfast, comfortable rooms.
