We liked how the apartment got cleaned every day, the staff were very pleasant and accommodating, and we loved the owners doggy

The parking was a bit away, the bed wasn’t so comfortable.

Very nice home type hotel managed by Tani and Tiziana who are ready to help you basically in any matter. Hot sauna and good italian breakfast will keep you alive whole day long

Nothing in particular

This is old building/hotel with it's traditional charm, but our room was just recently renovated. Everything clean, new, working great. Hotel provides a dedicated ski storage facility with boot heaters. So every day when we we're lucky to find a free spot (we usually came last from the mountain) we got our boot put on air heater and enjoyed fresh dry boots next morning.My bad I missed message about paid parking garage, so we parked in front of the hotel every day of our stay for free. Owner Tatiani was helping to find a spot playing checks on their parking lot. So it was just quick, easy and free!)But real gem of this place is sauna, traditional scandinavian style. We're lucky to book it every day of our stay and that was best time of a day after gliding slopes.We really enjoyed this place and would like to stay here again if we come skiing in Pinzolo/Madonna again!

The only thing which did not work for us was a breakfast. Don't get me wrong, it was good continental style. With fresh brewed coffee (which is rarely included into breakfast!). It just did not work for us, so we skipped breakfast altogether and went directly to the slopes.

It is a really nice family-run hotel and I felt extremely welcomed. Tiziana and her daughter suggested restaurants and were helpful in everything. Even though parking is limited, they managed to organize so that all cars still found the place.Location of the hotel is close to the gondola and many good restaurants. And breakfast was also plentiful and good. An extra step from Bruti family was a surprise waiting for me in my room on my birthday. I can’t thank enough for this thoughtful and kind act! ??

Hospitality of the owners of the hotel was outstanding, Thank you for taking good care of us during our stay ! auna facilities (Finnish and Steam Sauna) were much better than we expected !Location of the hotel is great - middle of the city where all shops, restaurants and bars are within walking distance

Tiziana was wonderful and was very attentive, the hotel was quiet and bed was comfortable. Breakfast options were great and plenty for a vegan to eat too.Sauna was fab!Views and shutters were good for night sleepWell positioned to amenities

Great location, friendly staff and a good breakfast. The single room was a little small but clean and comfortable. Very good value for the price.

The location was good. Rooms were ok and clean. The bed was fine.

Noisy traffic. Couldn't sleep in the morning. The sauna was for extra fee. There were few parking spaces.

Homely, friendly and with a real consideration of customer experience.

Our room was over the square from a bar that played loud music til after 1am some nights.

parking only for 3-4 cars. We rented 3 rooms and there was no free parking for our second car, we paid extra 20 euros for a garage.

Very good place for skiing. About 50 m to ski bus stop, way back some longer but not uncomfortable. Hotel very nice and cozy. Room is cleaned every day. Good brakfast , good coffee. Nice staff.

smog in the town. Bed for me good but for my wife the mattress was litle too hard. Pillows also hard.

It is what you expect from Italian -family business hotel! Very friendly accommodation, nice SPA area, good evening mood, nice breakfast.

1) Really poor breakfast. Either one type of cheese or pork, pan for eggs (self-service, you have to wait every time as it is super slow), sweets, no vegetables. You have to buy additional food in the supermarket to do skiing after that.2) The furniture is old, rooms are dark inside
