- Wonderful hotel with an amazing spa and pool. Excellent service and beautifully prepared meals. This traditional hotel really offers a delightful experience of the Italian Alps.

- A lot: the personnel was not pleasant to say the least, barking commands a few times - the meals were awful, we've had a Valentine's day dinner and it was unedible, the breakfast was poor quality, the products were at low quantity well within the hours of serving - the waiters were constantly setting the tables, putting new cloths in a such pompous manner, annoying those few guests that didn't know better - all in all this hotel is outdated in terms of quality and management, in desperate need of some fresh faces
