Fantastic stay in the Pinzolo!!! Definately would stay here once again, everyting was perfect from start to the end - hotel itself, beutiful and cosy, room, restaurant, spa area, location, staff was super friendly and kind, everyting was great!!!

Lovely modern hotel, great food and great facilities. Close to ski hire and close to ski lifts for Pinzolo and Madonna di Campiglio.

Nice architecture, centrally located and very close to Pinzolo express, comfortable rooms and very friendly staff

The only thing I could complain is the size of sauna, but except for that nothing

Looked after very well, spa facilities and gourmet dinners.

Could hear footfall very often from the room above. The indoor hot tub was out of order.

We had a good sized room with lovely views and decor.Staff were multilingual, helpful & friendly. Only the property matriarch seemed a bit grumpy.Spa services are on offer. We had good massages, but did not use the spa/sauna as we don’t really like those offerings. If they are your thing, they looked well kept.

Beds/pillows weren’t that comfortable for us.We tended to overheat even when we finally worked out how to turn off the under floor heating.The ski & boot room is not in a convenient location to the rooms & makes your walk to the lift (400m) even harder.

Nice modern hotel near the ski lifts in Pinzolo. The staff is helpful and courteous which really makes the difference. Cool decor and comfy rooms for a fair price.

The size of the room and cleanliness was good and the staff friendly.Great location . Breakfast was okay ..good coffee though .Enjoyed the spa facility .

Would be nice to have a bottle of drinking water in the room without having to pay for it .The toiletries needed to be refreshed at least every two days ?Also didn’t like the use of the plastic stirrers in the room .Check out could be a little later ?Its 10.30 am though they did give me an hour extra to check out .

Vero comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast and afternoon tea served daily, great view from the balcony and & very helpful staff. Good wellness area too, with a steam room and sauna. Bike room available for storing bikes and re-charging.

The property is very modern, clean and in a great location. The spa access is excellent and the spa lady who gave massages and treatment was very nice and professional.

The breakfast food was average and the coffee in the morning pretty bad. The pricing of the rooms was not transparent: I booked two rooms for two adults and because we had 3 people coming they charged us significantly more for a double room booked because of the extra person that came. This was not communicated at the start of the stay and we ended up having to pay an extra 50% just for one person more sleeping in the double room and eating breakfast. The cost seemed excessive and not transparently communicated both on Booking.com and by the hotel staff at arrival. We left disappointed since the stay ended up costing 50% more than we had anticipated and was disposed at the time of booking.

This place just exceeds expectations in all areas. From the drinks and snacks when you get back from a day of skiing to the wellness centre - it's heavenly!

The hotel overall made a great impression on us. From the unique design of the interiors, through excellent food for breakfast and dinner (half board) to the friendliness of the staff, we were nothing short of impressed. The room was spacious and modern, with everything we needed. The spa area allowed for relaxation, with a big jacuzzi, two saunas and a relaxation zone. We also enjoyed a relaxing massage, which was a great addition to the stay. On top of that, the location of the hotel allows to reach the Pinzolo ski lift as well as a charming town center on foot. All of all, we had an excellent stay and would recommend the hotel to others!

We got lucky and got an upgrade to a suite. The room was very spacious, big balcony and bathroom. We had 2 single beds, as I travelled with a friend. Breakfast was good, the usual, fresh fruit, bread, yoghurts and some hot options.

The curtains in the room did not make the room very dark, also the outdoor lighting did not help, not able to switch it off.

Modern place with local touch in it! Ideal place to stop for ski trip. Next door ski rental, grocery Store 100m, ski lift 450m, sauna and spa in the house, restaurants around the corner! Plus so lovely staff!

Extremely friendly crew, helped with whatever we asked. 350 meter from the gondola, restaurant was good, we should have taken the half board instead of BB

It is not ski in ski out, spa jacuzzi is rather small (for 3)

The people working here, managing the hotel. The cleanless everywhere. The food is simply delicious, especially dinners. I like that the cleaning ladies know exactly when to clean the room and we never had to wait.

The atmosphere was great, and the hotel facilities are New and very very nice!We did check in late (it was dark and Cold ❄️) and the team let us use the parking lot for free.Breakfast - great, the best espresso i ever had

That we could stay only one night, although we had booked for 2 nights with half-board.We definitely have to come back.
